This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s. I don’t even know how long we waited in line to get our order taken and up to the window, but it was well over 10 minutes to get that far. We sat at the window for 9 minutes, then received the worst hamburger I have ever had at Wendy’s. They were so dry that we could barely eat them and they were barely warm. The food is cold and the staff and the managers are rude and it took three times to get our food right this happens all the time and today we went to get 2 large ice water and they told us that they only have one size of ice water and the manager slammed the cups on the counter and walked away
