We walked in as they were switching to lunch. No one was at the counter to take an order. We waited for about 5minutes a guy walked and said “ oh, she’s in the bathroom.” Then walked away. After about another 10 minutes they took our orders… the food was cold. I went up to ask for mayo and was waiting for about 10 minutes for anyone to come to the counter. I had 3 or 4 people in the back make direct eye contact. I figured they would come but they didn’t I had to shout back can I get some mayo? Then a young lady came to the counter confused she said we don’t have mayo packets just containers… I stood there waiting… confused… then she walked up with one single mayo packet that they don’t have… tossed it on the counter and walked away.. I went to my table. We ate our cold food… now I feel sick… don’t come here unless you want sickness and to be bullied.

There are only 2 things consistent at this Wendy's: They are ALWAYS out of baked potatoes and they will ALWAYS forget/mess up something on your order. And if you ordered through the app, which this location has had issues with as well (went to order at 7pm, open til midnight, app said it would be ready at 10am tomorrow?!) there is nothing that can be done about reimbursement for missing food (like the mentioned baked potato.) I can go to any other Wendy's in the surrounding areas and not have any of these issues. Wendy's of Greenville, do better.

Disappointed the past two times I've been to this Wendy's first time I order a double stack with bacon it was suppose to have 2 patties with cheese, bacon, and the works what I received was two patties with only cheese..so this time I decided to play it safe and order a Jr bacon and cheese with the works..I will say this time they did actually add the bacon BUT nothing else no sauce , now toppings like what the heck? At least this time my burger was $3 instead of $9 but come on do better Greenville Wendy's. At the prices point and service I will better to just go to DQ from now on.

Eyewitness something today there that no one should ever witness period. At first I thought it was management and crew fighting but it was staff arguing with a customer management threatening customer cussing by management and staff and front of other customers management chasing customer out the door threatening to physically beat them up unprofessionalism right there manager was cussing yelling and threatening all because of a customer complaint

Wouldn't waste your time. If you risk it check your order before you leave. They mess up the simplest of orders. Latest trip. 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks. Came home 1 burger 2 fries.

As I stopped in for tonight's visit I ordered my usual number eight I became disgruntled as I noticed that my fries were extremely cold as I walked up to the front counter Aaron greed me with a friendly smile and offered his condolences for my concerns and very promptly and very swiftly dropped a new basket of fries for me to enjoy some delicious hot fries

This is the worst fast food restaurant around. The cook has to be special needs cause they apparently don't know what goes on a chicken BLT. I've even called and told them they weren't making it right by adding nothing but chicken and lettuce. It's a BLT for God's sake. Save yourself the trouble and go to burger King. I wish I could give zero stars but I can't.
