As I stopped in for tonight's visit I ordered my usual number eight I became disgruntled as I noticed that my fries were extremely cold as I walked up to the front counter Aaron greed me with a friendly smile and offered his condolences for my concerns and very promptly and very swiftly dropped a new basket of fries for me to enjoy some delicious hot fries

This is the worst fast food restaurant around. The cook has to be special needs cause they apparently don't know what goes on a chicken BLT. I've even called and told them they weren't making it right by adding nothing but chicken and lettuce. It's a BLT for God's sake. Save yourself the trouble and go to burger King. I wish I could give zero stars but I can't.

Todays visit to this Wendy's was an interesting adventure.... Everybody had to wait for way, WAY too long to get their orders.... There was a lady in the back that was yelling at the other employees, pretty loud and very rude.... I hope it wasn't the manager, because if so, she should fire herself for treating her employees that way.... I didn't see her, I only heard her, ALL of the customers heard her.... The poor cashier was stressed, confused, and looked to be a little scared.... Orders were just being tossed onto the counter, and she had no idea which customer they belonged to.... Someone's burger was still cold and bloody in the WHOLE center of the patty.... I understand that it was a busy day, but it definitely wasn't THAT busy.... There was absolutely no reason for any of the things that took place when I was there today.... I felt so bad for the cashier.... ((((A few of the other customers did too....)))) Between the impatient and upset customers and the horrible attitude coming from the kitchen, she didn't know what to do or say.... Absolutely unprofessional, especially if that was the manager treating people that way and in front of a bunch of customers.... (((( If the person that was yelling is reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself.... That was no way to be a teammate, a fellow employee, or a leader.... Everybody was stressed and on eggshells because of it, I consider your mannerisms today to be that of a bully....))))

Me and my boyfriend came here and they messed up on his drink they gave him a medium sweet tea instead of a large when they went to fix it they added more ice to a large cup and dumped the medium cup into it and took 20 minutes to get us our food
After the person at the drive-thru asked for our order and we stated our entire order, we were told "sorry we just stopped taking orders"! Meanwhile, 3 staff in total out back smoking!!??

I came in at about 11, they had there frosty machines turned off which was understandable, but when i pulled up to the window a manager was cussing and screaming at one of her employees, and i watched these guys assemble my food with there bare hands???

This place consistently messes up my order somehow when I ask for a bacon double stack plain or even specifically say only cheese and bacon and the response is "so plain right?" They fail to put bacon on my sandwiches probably a good 60% of the time and today they somehow managed to only put bacon on one of the sandwiches it does not make any sense and it getting old.
