The last time I was at Noodles & Company the Mgr Angel was very nice she made sure everything came out exactly like it should & when it didn’t she quickly corrected it I’d recommend this location in Colerain Ohio to visit for very courteous service.

I usually do not like chains, but this was very good. I enjoyed my shrimp Pad Thai!! Next time I would ask for extra sauce...I took out so it probably got absorbed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It’s too bad that there’s not a zero option. I placed an order through DoorDash, only to be told over an hour later by DoorDash that the restaurant had released my order to someone else, and they wouldn’t remake it because it was already processed even though the dasher was trying to help me out. If you’re going to support a system like DoorDash, maybe make it harder for people to take other peoples orders. Extremely disappointed and I don’t plan on supporting this location any more. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Noodles and Company to anyone after this
