“Another Colerain township gem..!First off I was greater by 4 smiling faces. I was assisted with ordering, and offered shake on spices, a very lite lemon salt, homemade hot sauce, and fresh made tortillas. Ordered the whole roasted chicken dinner. Came with beans and rice, and a nice tossed salad. EVERYTHING was delicious. I had to dash a bit of all the seasoning in my food, and was pleasantly surprised at the unique flavors. The salad was fresh and crisp. All in all, it was a 5+ star, south of the border experience for my senses, but especially my taste buds.Gracias amigos, we will return!”

“My wife and I went to this restaurant today, after a great recommendation from one of my employees. This place is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is completely top notch! Literally better service than I have received probably ever, and we go to A LOT of restaurants. Literally, my wife’s napkin fell to the ground and after I picked it up, the lady who was the host to us seen it and brought her a new one. Drinks did not run dry, and every single member of the staff was helping out and conversing with us. The owner and chef even came out to shake my hand. What an absolute gem in Cincinnati. This is a place NOT to miss out on. And don’t forget to order the cornbread! Hands down the best I have ever tasted. We left and wished we were hungry again and could turn around and go back inside.”

They were amazing from the service to the food and they were very accommodating to all of our requests! Trish and Matt did an amazing job with service and then everyone kept going on about the food! “I’ve been here quite a few times now and I just love it!! It’s a tried and true for me! I came here for the first time in Winter of this year and can’t count how many times I’ve been here since.

The ramen is AMAZING. I won’t lie… the ramen, sake, and cocktails are the only things on the menu I’ve tried so far. Everything looks and sounds amazing, but I tried the ramen the first time I went and loved it so much, so usually when I am going there, I’m craving that specifically. I LOVE THEIR TONKOTSU WITH BOK CHOY AND THE CHILI OIL ON THE SIDE SO I CAN ADD IT TO TASTE!! They also have some good sake and drink options! They definitely need to reprint the menu soon because there’s a good amount that I order and they are out of or don’t carry, but it’s not a huge deal. They just need to update it since it’s a reoccurring issue!

The servers are all so lovely and kind. They are attentive, helpful, personable, and care to remember you. I really appreciate all of the interactions I’ve had with them, their kind suggestions, and their conversation!

“Strong's new Newport location has noticeably "upped their game". I've been there the last two Fridays with a group for lunch and EVERYONE agreed that their pizzas were PHENOMENAL. The ingredients and flavor profiles were distinctly fresh and you could tell they aren't aiming to be "just another pizza joint"! 👍”

“We had dinner at the downtown location this evening to celebrate my son’s graduation from the military, and leaving to report to his first assignment. From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special. “A hidden gem on Garfield Place . We decided to throw out the Hyde park restaurants and try something new . The Mezze Board was fantastic with all of the Mediterranean dips and veggies , The Shrimp Cossoult is to die for . The braised lamb /risotta/feta explodes with every bite. The best of all is that it was our first time dining and and I felt like family with the service from Nimo and Bryce , Coming back next week for the Swordfish . 6 stars !!!!!”

While we went at noon, the music and decor were as relaxing as an evening or even late- night event. Our server Simeon was professional and committed to make our meal a memorable one. At our request, he described different dishes, telling us what he recommended and what to expect. He was attentive without hovering. The food was as outstanding as was the service. While the shrimp toast appetizer, Wong's chicken, and Clay pot were delicious, beautifully prepared, we were overwhelmed by the presentation, taste, and experience of the coconut bread pudding with rum sauce. “I just wanted to let you know that my mom had a hankering for your spinach quiche pie. She's always busy and doesn't think things through sometimes. She threw the highly coveted quiche pie in her handbag and ran home to do some things before having a moment to eat the pie. Whatever. I saw the pie in her handbag, grabbed it and ran into the bushes to eat it as fast as I could. If the speed and accuracy of my devouring the highly coveted spinach ricotta pie is any indication of the number of stars this review requires, it is certainly a five out of five. “We ate at Caruso’s for the first time July 3, 2024. My wife and I thought our meals were 5 star, delicious! She had the Chicken Marsala and I had the Rigatoni Rustica.
