Absolutely a rip off take a look at the picture. There was enough meat to maybe fill 1/3 of the bun! They advertised it as a 1/4 lb Philly cheese steak. And their company slogan is “we have the meats!” . We placed an order for 2 and when we got to the drive through window the cashier said they only had enough meat for 1 so I switched to a roast beef sandwich. They should have never passed this off as acceptable! $25+ for the two meals and this is what we get.looks nothing like their advertised sandwich.

No standards at all, guy taking my order didn't know the menu items, kept scratching his hair and touching his mouth, looking in the back so was everyone else, scratching they're head while working with food, checking phones in between orders.
Its sad, if they do these things in front of you just imagine what goes on where people can't see. Im not eating out anymore.

Went inside to place an order, and the lady working the drive thru told me the front counter was closed. Yet the doors were unlocked and open. She then walked right away, nothing else. Terrible service!

Service was slow, but worst was the dining room. Condiments empty, no straws or napkins either. I can't imagine when the trash cans were emptied last, and the floors felt like they were mopped with lemonade.

Absolutely horrible. Service is a disgrace. We were dine in and waited 15 minutes in line before they took our order. Then another 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches! They were more concerned with DoorDash orders. Ridiculous!! Should have walked out.

This location is horrible,, waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes before I left and went inside cause no one answered, where is saw no one but 1 customer, like everyone was hiding. I was asked what I wanted and requested a moment to where I was asked again in aggression what I wanted.. I will never come back to this location , it's seems to be run by incompetent people who seem like they wants friends more than serving the customer

I was excited to try the new half pound BBQ pulled pork sandwich. After ariving home there is no way this is half a pound, the sandwich is liter that a quarter pound burger, no bbq on the sandwich at all. If you are going to have a new product i would think you would want your employees to make it corectly so people want to buy it again. Really disappointed with this trip
