Just want to say Jaycee deserves a raise! Every time Jaycee makes my strawberry mango refresher, it turns out perfect! I go back specifically to have Jaycee make my drinks because it never fails to turn out amazing!
trinity at the drive through was AMAZING, her energy was amazing this girl was so HILARIOUS! literally need more people like her in this kinda service, literally made my day! thank you girl !
This store is the best in Grove City and I’d give a higher rating if it weren’t for Janet and Conner. I’m scared to go at this point. Will my service be the 5 star I almost forget I’m not just there to quickly get some coffee because the staff is so friendly its almost too much but so refreshing or will I be screamed at (Janet) from speaker to window or ignored other than asking my order (Conner) from speaker to window? Starbucks offers fast and efficient service with friendly staff, both indoor and outdoor seating. This location is always great about having mobile orders ready quickly, which is especially helpful during the busy mornings. The drive-through can get crowded, but the staff is kind and the drinks are consistently delicious, including the brown sugar shaken espresso, cortado, and Cinnamon Dolce latte. While not a coffee drinker, the refreshers are a tasty option, with the Summer Skies drink being a particular favorite, though it can be hard to find. Overall, this Starbucks provides a great experience, with wonderful and kind service, making it a preferred destination for many customers.
