This girl refused to give me anything from my mobile order (two sandwiches and a drink) because they “didn’t have any food.” I asked for a refund and she made me sit at the window for 20 minutes before giving it to me because she had “other stuff to do.”
This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in existence. This place is always out of something. Stopped at 6:30 pm on 10/29/23 and tried to order a decaf coffee and a hot french vanilla cappuccino. I was told they were out of decaf and french vanilla machine was broken. Truth is they didn't want to brew a pot fresh of decaf and they had to cappuccino machine disassembled to clean it for closing at 7. Customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and just skip this location.

I ordered a cold brew and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I seriously think they make cold brew by putting a teaspoonful of coffee into a gallon of water. It was even more dilute than the iced coffee at McDonalds. I have had Tim Horton’s in Canada and their cold brew was always delicious. The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was lukewarm and not fresh. I paid $8.78 for that, Tim you get one star in return.
