This Arby’s has gone down hill… used to be better than Stringtown and it’s beginning to look like Stringtown. For $10 I should be getting decent service as well…Lady ON REGISTER had an AirPod in. As someone in food service I get that while you work it can get dull but if you are interacting with customers you should have it out.Lids weren’t stocked. Ketchup was out. Small things that could be avoided.

They are always out of roast beef, it seems. Seeing that their main slogans are always about beef and having the meat. NO, NO NO, you don't.They actually had some the other day, but it wasn't fully cooked at all. The meat wasn't just pink. It was red. We also ordered 2 cherry turnovers. Another thing they seem to run out of. No one said they were out this visit, but clearly, they were, because they put an apple one in the bag along with a cherry. They usually ask if you want to substitute, not just make that choice for you. Both my son and I got sick from this last visit. I love Arby's when they are not out of everything and the food is fully cooked. Their food is a little overpriced.

Really had a great visit to this Arby's. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious.My only complaint is that the shake machine was down, so I didn't get a strawberry shake. The brisket bacon beef 'n cheddar is amazing, however.

Just stopped to pick up dinner. 3rd in line at the drive thru waited 20 minutes and I didn’t get my order of curly fries. I looked quickly in the bag to see if everything was in there but I felt rushed to get out of line since i sat at the window for 8 minutes.
