I came tonight and ordered food for carry out. The store was clean, the service from Trent was friendly and fast, despite there being a lobby full. The food came out hot and exactly as anticipated.

I went through the drive through around 1:30 and this lady who was unprofessional and got upset with me wanting my order cook to order. Ive been through this drive through and worked at this location the food I received was old chicken thrown back into the fryer. Its everytime the chicken is soggy and gross. Nearly warm

Went there for lunch. I went through the drive thru, the worker greeted me but asked to wait for a moment. So, I waited, after 15 min. of waiting. I drove off. What got me upset was after I drove off. The person who was waiting behind me got served.

Atrocioussssss drive thru service. I've not had one good experience here since they opened. It isn't hard to feign a smile. Don't put people at your window that flat out just don't like people and don't wanna be there. Older lady needs to be back in the back washing the dishes - no customer contact.

Let's say that the manager on duty at this location Wednesday night at 11:37 pm. When I ordered was rude bitter and did not believe I should have placed an order. First my onion rings I ordered 2 large onion rings and one of them was filled way short. The service as earlier stated was horrendous. The manager rolled her eyes at my girlfriend and me 3 times then copped an attitude about giving us fresh onion rings,cheesy tots,and churro fries. I hope the owner and general manager take the time to talk to her and let her know customers pay her every 2 weeks.

The lady who was at the speaker and window was so pleasant. I wish I had asked her name but she was wonderful and sweet and her customer service skills are amazing
