“This is my first time leaving feedback! We tried the Philly cheesesteak, ultimate fries, and strawberry lemonade—I highly recommend all three! (I totally forgot to take a picture because we couldn't wait to eat!) Make sure to get everything on your Philly cheesesteak, including jalapeños. Despite the long line(it means this is a popular place :)), the food was delivered quickly (and warm!), and the staff were super nice. I'll definitely be back!“

“Tried Marlow's Cheesesteaks while shopping in the Short North area. I have never been to Philly so I never had a true Philly cheesesteak. A kind young lady greeted me with a smile and took my order. I ordered the chicken philly Marlow's way and I was blown away at how good it tasted. The fries were very unique but so good and addicting. There was so much meat and the cheese wiz made it even better. It was huge so I had enough to take home. I will definitely be back. So glad we have a taste of Philly right here in Columbus.“

“Parking: Most people use the McDonald's parking lot which is 2 stores down however, beware of homeless people who are paid by the McDonald's establishment who are on lookout of people who park in their lot and don't actually go to their business. McDonald's will tow your vehicle.“

“First off I would like to start off saying that the employee Brandon was amazing. He gave me and my son a 5 star customer service experience today (06/30) at 1:00pm. I came all the way out here for the rajun cajun sub and as I was eating, I notice soemthing was different. I was not happy with the sub and expressed it to Brandon and he informed me that there has been some changes but he could make my sub similar to what I use to remember 2 years ago. He made me another sub, offered a cookie to me and my son and I left VERY satisfied this time. Thank you Brandon for your hospitality and also just being very apologetic and understanding, meeting my needs. For this reason, I will definitely come back. Thank you!!!“
