Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went in and asked for half chicken and half honey chicken. Was charged for double and then when I brought up the mistake I was told I was lying and he heard me say double when I did not and kept arguing with me until he finally gave me a refund and then turned around and started loudly talking about how I was lying and wasn't worth his time. Very rude staff.

The customer service was not good from the moment we walked it. I ordered a veggie bowl and the two front girls gave each other dirty looks and I’m confused on what the problem was. Very unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable

Ordered a burrito in a bowl no rice no beans. I received a half a bowl of romaine lettuce, the protein, guacamole and salsa. The most expensive half or quarter salad I ever had! Won’t do that again.

Every time I've been there it's been great. The only catch is usually once every few visits the cashier seems bland like he doesn't want to be there. Don't get me wrong no one wants to work but at the same time I got to not let that show at work when working with customers.

Not a single smile behind the counter. They seemed inconvenienced. My daughter found several pieces of fat in her pork. I found three large pieces of grissel in my steak tacos.

the employees love to mouth off at this location. you’re here to work and keep your mouth shut and serve food with a smile and that’s it. stay in your lane.

How do you run out of both beef options at the same time?

The people in there are rude and dont know how to put food together they didn't have enough meat prepared or refused to get more so everything was only half full

Worst place ever. Hardly got any food!! asked him to add more lettuce and literally he gave me 3 more tiny pieces. It was a joke. Took forever, employees didn't talk and rice was still hard!! Super disappointing!

Mixed up my bowls then they had an attitude as if it was my fault! They simply don’t listen! I even clarified what I wanted in each bowl and they still couldn’t listen!
