Thanks for giving me half of the bowl I paid for

Used to be the best Chipotle in Grove City, but has gone down hill fast. They’re open until 11pm, but they are always out of multiple items by 9. Not going back to this location

Men's rooms was out of TP and trash was overflowing. I get that they are busy but it seems that this is a constant issue of them being out of basics before 6pm. I placed an online order that was done done when they said it would be. I would have made other plans had I known I would have to wait. The coke machine was not working correctly. Overall I was disappointed and do not plan to be back to this location.

Twice I’ve gone in when it’s not terribly busy, maybe 7 people in line. Both times they’ve been out of one or the other major protein choice being chicken or steak, staff is far from friendly. After they get busy and the line doesn’t move for 10 minutes does the manager want to come out and start managing their staff. No one looks like they want to be there. Find another location for the options you’d like.

Was great being given half servings when the people before and after me didnt order any extra. Always getting cheated when ordering from this location. And no i will not come back or provide more feed back.

They gave me a horribly small burrito and my cousin was also here with me and the lady at the register assumed we were gay “by saying you are paying for a very expensive date.” That made us both very uncomfortable

It was my first time trying this Chipotle. I appreciate the effort in with the line workers did. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. 2 things that I would like to call out though. Portions were smaller than other Chipotle restaurants and there was a shortage of napkins and silverware.

My husband and I normally go to the stringtown chipotle as it is closer and every time we have been disappointed in the quality of food. We have not gotten chipotle in about a year because of the quality always being poor or something being wrong. We decided to give this location a try after seeing the new chipotle honey chicken and oh my god what an upgrade to stringtown. Everything was cleaned and stocked when I walked in and no long line (something I wouldn’t fault the for if there was). They looked fully staffed and everyone seemed comfortable and prepared. They had chips and honey vinaigrette at 11:45am which is always nice. When we got home, it tasted like early 2000s chipotle, immediately the best chipotle we’ve had since we worked there and could make our own. Chips were perfect and vinaigrette was blended correctly too. The only fault I can give is that my husband got half chicken and half steak and we were charged for double meat even though both ladies confirmed prior to payment that it was half and half. This was a little frustrating as adding steak was an extra $5.50 dollars and double meat was not received. Otherwise I would be giving a 5 star review.

The food is good but don't expect them to have everything you want on your burrito or bowl. The last 4-5 times I've been there they've been out of pico, sour cream, lettuce or fajita mix and don't always have chips. I could understand if it was occasionally, but it seems to be every time I go to this location. I won't go there again.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp but the doors are very heavy with no other option but to pull the door open.

they never have the vinegaret ready THEY NEVER HAVE ANY or the person at register says they don’t but clearly do in the container at bottom of fridge.

I prefer the chipotle on stringtown road over this one. This chipotle typically has smaller portions and the wait takes much longer. However, the seating is better at this location

Parking: Great parking, plentiful spots.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid food-options. High chairs on site.

I ordered from their website and when I arrived my food was bagged with less than half the contents. I was told they had no salsa (yes none) for the chips /salsa I ordered and zero for the burritos either...no guacamole and no chips were included. I asked how I receive a refund I was told to call the 1800 number. well there is no 1800. I sent in a survey and I was refunded $18 of the $47 I spent on food I never received. JUST CANCEL MY ORDER if it cannot be filled. Customer service is horrific.
