Joseppis Pizza Grove City

pizza wasnt hitting this visit, not much tops on my founders favorite barlely any hot peppers, the sausage was crazy thick thicker then normal. I basicly tasted like a sausage pizza.. disappointing been comming for 15plus years.

If you guys want to stay relevant you really need to step it up. Delivery ordering process was something like from the '90s without the 30-minute guarantee in the pizza and food being hot food arrived ice cold. Mushrooms were limp not crispy and cold I had to put in my air fryer to make them even edible. Pizza as well while had a nice flavor was ice cold and I had to reheat in the oven. Food was left on the doorstep without any attempt of ring the doorbell or knocking despite having given a $5 tip ahead of time and paying $5 for delivery. Completely ridiculous given the market for pizza delivery places and all the options with doordash and other delivery services. And all the while I spent 40 bucks on a little medium pizza and a side order of fried mushrooms. That's just uncalled for

$20 Small Pizza, Overloaded and Undercooked — Extremely Disappointing

This was my first time ordering from Josphsppi Pizza, and sadly it might be my last. I paid $20 for a tiny pizza that was overloaded with toppings despite asking for light, and the vegetables were undercooked. I love a great supreme pizza, but this was sloppy, rushed, and not enjoyable. I even gave a good tip because the delivery driver was sweet and professional—but the pizza itself ruined the experience.

For $20, I expect quality and care, not frustration and disappointment. If this is the standard being served, it’s unacceptable. People don’t mind paying for good food, but when it arrives like this, they won’t be back—and I won’t either.

Decent pizza

Would Give zero stars if possible. Placed an order at 9:15pm which was said it would be 30 mins. Started calling the store at 10:15 an hour after I placed my order to get an update. The phone was never picked up. Tried calling back over and over, it is now 11:05. Nothing was ever delivered, and I have never been able to speak to anyone. If 0/5 star was possible this is what the staff would deserve. I will never order again there is SO MUCH better pizza in grove city with way better customer service. Go elsewhere.
