actually have a lane open for families trying to check out with food for a family of 6. not closing the only open lane and telling customers they need to do self checkout. don't have a manager watch as a family with 4 children try to scan, bag and put away 100 items.

How is it that a grocery store can take pre-payment for groceries, allow a pick up time to be set and then CLOSE BEFORE set time so that food cannot be picked up NOR have the ability to refund pre-payment (Jessica)???? Was on the phone with Customer Service an hour... they want us to allow them 7-10 DAYS to process a refund (case #40842367) AND they want ME to call them back to follow up tomorrow???. HORRIBLE

Stood at the bakery counter for ten minutes and the worker made eye contact twice but never did acknowledge me. I left and went to Capital City cakes instead, so thanks to Kroger for reminding me to shop local.
