Always behind on their times. Not sure why they like people waiting inside for orders.. is it that hard to have accurate times? Is it a ploy to make you order thinking it will be ready in 15 minutes? The restaurant is overly warm.. not a comfortable vibe at all. The food taste fine.. no real complaints there. Counter staff is clueless.. all of them.

Watch your credit card! Manager said transaction did not go through so I used another card... charges are now on both cards and I have to dispute the first. Not sure how any business can charge two cards for ONE purchase, but Massey in Grove City figured it out!

Every time I went there, there is no team effort whatsoever. I’m a DoorDasher and they don’t care to help you. this is by far the worst location to pick up in Grove city. if you have a DoorDash order, I understand you’re waiting for 20 minutes minimum. This is unacceptable and today’s day and age the worst in Grove city by far.

Just had the fried mushrooms and a thin-crust supreme 8-inch pizza. Everything was delicious! And the service from Jake was excellent too. Nice atmosphere. You can have a conversation and not get over powered by the music. Thank you Massey's!

We finally decided to try this place after hearing so many recommendations, and unfortunately it just didn’t live up to the hype for us. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger pizza, cheesy garlic bread, and the cannolis.

The cheesy bread was honestly the best part of the meal, very simple, but good.

The pizza, though, tasted really overcooked and reminded me a bit of frozen pizza. The bacon was cooked to the point that some bites were almost inedibly crunchy, and the crust itself was very overdone.

The cannolis had a lot of potential and probably could’ve been the standout item, but the chocolate sauce on top completely took away from them. It tasted very artificial and cheap, which was disappointing.

Overall, the experience just didn’t feel worth the money for us, especially after hearing such great things.

Arrived at 12:30 for the pizza lunch buffet until 2. Greeted & drink order taken right away. Went to buffet area. Salad section was nice large bowl of lettuce with a bunch of available topping. Looked and saw pizza area. Several were there, but looked and tasted like over an hour old. About 1:15 when we started to leave, the remaining pizzas were rightfully trashed as thy should’ve been a couple hours before when fresh pizzas were brought out. Clue to the mess was during our 45 min visit, not a single pizza was brought out until we were walking toward door.

I’m actually in shock about how I was treated by the manger, Jamie. We came in with a large party with kids and the waiter was great. We understand that large parties are difficult especially on a Saturday night so when everyone was done eating and me and my husband had still not received our food we finally got the waiters attention. He said that someone else had taken our order and that they were getting it for us asap. We were very kind and said no problem. Never asked for him to take money off or for anything free. We paid for our food and waited to take it go because everyone else from our party was already leaving. We got to the car I opened the pizza to take a bite and it was the wrong pizza and the salad had ingredients on it that I am allergic to. I went back into the restaurant asked them for the right food and waited another 20 minutes for that to be ready. I got the pizza and headed home. Once again never asked for money off or anything for free. When I got home the pizza was covered in giant pieces of bleu cheese which is not listed on the menu as a topping. The salad still had all the crumbs from the croutons which I am allergic too that apparently they just decided to take off and not remake, so I couldn’t eat that either. We called the store to ask to talk to the manager to ask for a refund at this point it had been 3+ hours since we sat down at the restaurant. The manger argued with me that bleu cheese and Gorgonzola cheese are the exact same thing and that’s just what they use. The manger then claimed I “cussed her out” which I did not. Then she said they substitute bleu cheese when they run out of gorgonzola . Which is fine for some people but bleu cheese is strong and sharp and definitely not the same. She claimed the waiter lied to me and he is the one who messed up and she said “ that is his problem then”. She then hung up the phone on me after she yelled at me to call corporate . I called back to find out her name for when I call corporate on Monday and she screamed from the background “Jamie and they know who I am, I am friends with the owner”. We were kind every time until the manger denied that the pizza was made wrong. 3 hours and 3 times it was wrong, All I wanted was a refund for my 30+ dollar meal that I can not eat.

My daughter and son in law ordered sweet tea and they tasted like pure mold. Totally nasty. Was there 20 min and only seen a dishwasher and bartender, no other waitresses were around. So we needless to say Walked out. Worked for them many of years and never will be back
