They pulled me to the third window to wait for my small mocha frappe I sat there for over 10 minutes and had to call and remind them I was there they then gave me one that was completely melted so it had to have been sitting there the whole time and they just didn’t bring it to me 😡
I can understand not letting people inside to eat, but not even letting people in to order off the menu & making them stand out in the entrance hallway & ordering through a door is pretty ridiculous. Especially when they can't even see the menu.
OH & the hashbrowns were barely even cooked on the inside... ick
