This store was filthy. My family and I just attempted to walk in and eat here as a treat for my kids. But when I tell you this lobby and seating area was covered in dirt I am not exaggerating. I have never seen a modern day restaurant this dirty. All of the door mats were covered in hair dirt and pieces from outside. The floors with full dirt on them and tables that have not been touched, not to mention brooms and mops in the corners by the trash cans dirty as well. Needless to say, we did not place an order and drive to the location off of string town road.

Was well staffed. Refused to take our order at counter. Stated you had to use the kiosk. Horrible service. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Dinning room was so dirty we ate in the car.

McDonald’s #22729. I ordered two large sweet teas and a large fry in the drive-thru; pretty simple order, right? Apparently not! I was given two large UNsweetened teas and the fries were not done. And it wasn’t cheap; $8.49 for this crap. I was already back on the road, or I would have returned it.

Absolutely even the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant! The one lady in particular, her name was Emery E-M-E-R-Y because she felt the need to spell it out to me and wanted to have a smart attitude with thinking the whole order was not working correctly, so she decided to be little me and the rat will never be coming again!!!

It is extremely important to check your order before you leave. They always forget something or make it wrong. The worst was ordering & paying through the app, to drive through the drive-thru for them to tell you they didn't receive your order. Then to make you pay again when you show them the receipt!

Wish I had read the reviews first. Just awful.. I ordered on the app while traveling. I had to use the restroom so I went inside. After waiting 10 mins for someone to come up front, they wouldn’t let me just pick up my food. Dismissed me, and went to the next customer. They said since I ordered on the APP I HAVE to go through drive thru to get my order. I stood here in total disbelief. I’m standing 3 feet from the drive thru window? I had to leave and get in the drive thru line to get my food, they wouldn’t just hand it to me. If you’re traveling. Plan on adding 40 mins to your trip stopping here. It’s awful.
