Hade minimum flavors in stock and when asked if they have any separated topings to avoid cross contamination they were unable to provide.

Delicious but closing time is not true to what they say. Doors close 30+ minutes sooner. We tried going in at 8:15 and they had the doors locked and were shaking their heads no at us. This is the 3rd time this has happened

We went to check it out because we saw it on social media, but honestly, there were few flavors and the place was dirty; they really should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the shop.

The store was filthy with toppings all over the floor. I had to repeat my order three times to the young lady and it was still wrong. I ordered two scoops and I got one and a half. All things considered not a great experience.

Not all the machines are working or filled.
They only have hot water to wash your hands with, silly complaint maybe but I was washing a toddler's hands with the only option, overly hot water.
The tables and floors are always dirty, at least when I've visited. And I understand it's the customers making the mess, some of us do clean up after ourselves, it's ultimately the business/employees who have to stay on top of cleanliness, a never ending battle for sure, but that's the business you're in.

by far the worst experience ive had at any establishment, there were fruit flies swarming everything and the employee there was extremely rude. dont recommended going.

The staff were friendly and explained different ice cream options to us. The frozen yogurt flavors and toppings were tasty, and it was a good value. Also, my daughter dropped her frozen yogurt on the floor and the staff were very kind by replacing it, cleaning up the mess for us, and trying to cheer her up. Overall, good food and good service!

Dead mouse in a trap behind the toilet as of 10/31/25. The trap had the date “8/27” on it so I can only imagine how long that mouse had been trapped there. Elected to not eat there after seeing that. The entire food area was also very dirty.

The topping station was messy, toppings spilling into other topping containers, toppings (like the cheesecake bites) smashed, toppings all over the floor. Frozen yogurt had very limited flavors and the frozen yogurt was not completely frozen, and was runny coming out and this was with multiple flavors. Staff did not say one word to any of the customers except the cost of the item that was being purchased.

I recently visited this place hoping to enjoy a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.

The first milkshake I received was completely white and tasted just like vanilla and milk, with no sign of any chocolate chip cookie dough chunks. I had specifically ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor, so I was quite surprised by the result. I did bring this to their attention, and they kindly offered to remake it.

However, the second attempt was no better. The milkshake still lacked the expected thickness and the cookie dough chunks. It was essentially just vanilla-flavored milk again, those pictures were from the second attempt.

I hope they can improve their recipe and consistency because the concept is great. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

My wife and I haven’t been to Oh Yo in a while and we were very disappointed to see how dirty the floor was with toppings all over. In addition, the self serve topping bar was completely a mess with all of the toppings scattered everywhere and mixed with other toppings. There was nobody at the counter when we walked in either. We definitely didn’t purchase anything and left.

This is our favorite rolled ice cream spot. They do a really great job but there usually is a long wait. Other items don’t have that same issue. It’s just time consuming making the rolled ice cream.
