OH-YO! Frozen Yogurt & MORE!

Dead mouse in a trap behind the toilet as of 10/31/25. The trap had the date “8/27” on it so I can only imagine how long that mouse had been trapped there. Elected to not eat there after seeing that. The entire food area was also very dirty.

The topping station was messy, toppings spilling into other topping containers, toppings (like the cheesecake bites) smashed, toppings all over the floor. Frozen yogurt had very limited flavors and the frozen yogurt was not completely frozen, and was runny coming out and this was with multiple flavors. Staff did not say one word to any of the customers except the cost of the item that was being purchased.

I recently visited this place hoping to enjoy a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.

The first milkshake I received was completely white and tasted just like vanilla and milk, with no sign of any chocolate chip cookie dough chunks. I had specifically ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor, so I was quite surprised by the result. I did bring this to their attention, and they kindly offered to remake it.

However, the second attempt was no better. The milkshake still lacked the expected thickness and the cookie dough chunks. It was essentially just vanilla-flavored milk again, those pictures were from the second attempt.

I hope they can improve their recipe and consistency because the concept is great. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

My wife and I haven’t been to Oh Yo in a while and we were very disappointed to see how dirty the floor was with toppings all over. In addition, the self serve topping bar was completely a mess with all of the toppings scattered everywhere and mixed with other toppings. There was nobody at the counter when we walked in either. We definitely didn’t purchase anything and left.

This is our favorite rolled ice cream spot. They do a really great job but there usually is a long wait. Other items don’t have that same issue. It’s just time consuming making the rolled ice cream.

Just went here at 2:59 tried to get frozen yogurt another person was trying, door was locked no one was there, very upset.. I want my freaking frozen yogurt… their times were up but there was no one, what’s going on?!

Store closes at 8 we got there at 7:30. Store person closed up early….. love that…

I got the strawberry bubble “tea” with dragon fruit pearls. It tasted more like strawberry flavored milk and was served warm even though it had some ice. The ice melted in less than a minute which left the drink still warm. I would not call this bubble tea

We probably only visit once a year, but the kids absolutely love it when we do. They have a nice large outdoor area for seating and a few tables inside. My kids favorite part is adding their own toppings!

Toppings were stale/melted. Doesn’t seem like they actually properly manage the refrigeration of their goods and it wouldn’t surprise me if someone got sick soon from negligence.

Closed early for no reason on a beautiful summer evening.
