I love Smoothie King and whenever I I am in Grove City, OH visiting family I stop in and get a smoothie, but now they have food and Love the laoded taosted - The peanut butter with fruit - bananas, strawberriess and blueberries with some honey on top is the bomb. Great job Smoothie King

I was shocked when I walked in. It looked like the cashier was in her underware. The smoothie was ok but it was off putting to give my order to someone who wasn't dressed. They were probably just really short shorts but there's nothing wrong with having a dress code or uniform

Used to come here often now not so much, customer service is garbage now. Used to be decent attitudes with people that would actually explain things and talk to you and questions you have, now it's the same old idgaf attitude you see most places sadly. Maybe change the hiring manager?

Arrived at drive-through and was told it was "online orders only." I responded, confused. Voice said, "That's what my sign says," in a condescending tone. It wasn't a sign. It was a white handwritten note on a white background. I feel bad for anyone invested in this location. Multiple customers were turned away in the 2 mins I was there. Never again.

As someone who visits this Smoothie King location almost daily, it pains me to write this review. Today's experience was the last straw - I ordered a 32oz smoothie with almond milk, received it with dairy milk instead (which I can't consume), and the cup was only filled about ⅔ full. Unfortunately, this isn't a one-time issue.

The chronic problems at this location include consistently underfilled cups (you're paying premium prices for smoothies that are rarely filled to capacity) and frequent mix-ups with ingredients. When you're paying $7-9 for a smoothie, these mistakes are unacceptable.

What keeps me coming back? Simply the lack of alternatives nearby. If there was a Jamba Juice, Pulp Juice, or Playa Bowls within reasonable distance, I would have switched long ago. It's frustrating because Smoothie King has good products when made correctly, but the constant errors and underfilling make it hard to justify the premium pricing.

To the management: Please address these ongoing issues. Your loyal customers deserve better attention to detail and full portions of what they're paying for. Until then, I'll be hoping for another smoothie shop to open nearby.
