Low on beer for Christmas.
actually have a lane open for families trying to check out with food for a family of 6. not closing the only open lane and telling customers they need to do self checkout. don't have a manager watch as a family with 4 children try to scan, bag and put away 100 items.
How is it that a grocery store can take pre-payment for groceries, allow a pick up time to be set and then CLOSE BEFORE set time so that food cannot be picked up NOR have the ability to refund pre-payment (Jessica)???? Was on the phone with Customer Service an hour... they want us to allow them 7-10 DAYS to process a refund (case #40842367) AND they want ME to call them back to follow up tomorrow???. HORRIBLE😡 If NO SERVICE was an option below, that's what my selection would have been!
