I come here all the time and have a great experience and great coffee but today at the speaker I asked for extra Carmel lining the cup and they handed me a drink with a single drop of caramel on the cup. I couldn’t even see it and the lady at the window pointed and said it’s right there. I was not rude but asked them to remake the drink because if I’m paying 6-7$ for a coffee at least make what I asked for. The lady at the window gave me attitude and rolled her eyes.
