Strawsers Ice Cream Pop and candy shop

First off hardly any candy has pricing , when asking girl behind counter sitting in a chair at the register , with hoodie on and head down looking at her phone she got annoyed. I asked how much is this candy item ? Her response is I don’t know ! Then says I have to scan it. Which is fine. BUT it’s how she said it. Clearly didn’t want to be bothered. Saturday 11/30/24 in the afternoon. Marking your candy boxes with prices would be very helpful to me as a customer and to the employee that didn’t want to be bothered !

Absolutely love the one in commercial point it’s a fantastic place with fantastic people and some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a very long time. My wife and I enjoyed our visit so much 10 out of 10 I recommend.

There weren't busy, not friendly at all. Not greeted at all and they had no smile.

We visited there today about 2:30 p.m. there were no other customers inside. Two employees were visible, lounging until they were needed. We had to walk into the ice cream section down two steps that were not well marked. The tables were not very clean, even though the employee there was sitting back reading a book or something else off duty. The service was good, the ice cream tasted excellent. it was a little expensive, but that was expected. All the spoons available to customers were sitting in a common open dispenser dish. That is unsanitary. I don't think we'll go back.

Fun place. While a limited ice cream selection, what we had was very good. Service was friendly and attentive. Most fun was exploring the candy selections--some brands from days gone by.

We were highly disappointed in this place as far as ice cream quality and seating, very uncomfortable and confined seating arrangements but we loved the candy variety.

Owner is so nice every time we go in there! Definitely would recommend.

We have been here a couple of times now. Each time, the available flavors have been a little different.

I was not expecting the blueberry cheesecake ice cream on our second visit since it was not there the first time. It was pretty good. Just enough blueberry flavor so that you know it is there and a good distribution of cheesecake bites mixed in.

Don't make a decision on a single visit!

Just enough ice cream to satisfy that need. Plenty of candy if that is what you are looking for. Quite a bit of unique bottled soda flavors.

A fun stop to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ice cream was okay. After looking at their Facebook and instagram I thought we’d be in for a great family treat. We ordered the ice cream nachos. It was one scoop of ice cream with 4 small waffle cone pieces that were stuffed into a tiny ice cream cup. There was no way to properly eat the nachos with how small the cup was and again the fact it came with 4 small waffle chunks. Wasn’t worth the $6. They were also out of chocolate and vanilla ice cream, so a good chunk of stuff on their menu isn’t even able to be made. Pictures posted are examples from their social media vs the size of cup it was crammed into. Ice cream we got today didn’t even come close to what has been posted to their social media.

Lovely little Mom & Pop sweet shop. First time visiting. The young man behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. There is quite a selection of candy and soda to view and purchase. I ordered the ie cream nachos with their dairy-free blueberry pancake ice cream. It was pretty good. The waffle cone "nachos" were nice and crispy with a good flavor.
