Tammy's Pizza - Hoover at Rt-665

This was our first time at Tammy's on Hoover. We were there at lunch time and the lone worker, Mitchell, was busy but still very friendly and helpful. We had The Works pizza and really liked it. I enjoyed the crispness of the shell. We ordered at the counter and were served at our table. Bottled soft drinks are available out of a cooler.

Called for price on a pizza was told a price, ordered the pizza and when I arrived to pickup the pizza, they upcharge me from what was told on the phone and all I got was I am sorry, didn't honor the price they gave over the phone. Very sad business communication.

When ordering a veggie pizza, we exchanged onions for banana peppers. They charge for an “extra topping” even though you are not getting an extra topping. This happens whether you order online or with the store directly.

The veggie pizza was also undercooked as the crust was soft and soggy. I assume asking for it well done would fix that.

Love Tammy's pizza, my favorite pizza in all of Central Ohio, but decided to check out the subs today. Fantastic, thank you! There's something for everyone at Tammy's. I highly recommend it.

Horrible Horrible customer service. Been ordering from Tammy’s for over 18 years. My family has spent $1000s on their food. Today changed all that. Ordered multiple subs and cheesecake. One sub was wrong. We called and was told to bring all subs back, like they didn’t believe. Not just offering a replacement sub is costing you a couple customer (myself and sister family).
I will be posting this horrible experience in all places Grove City residents read.

This the best pizza I’ve ever had in Ohio I don’t understand how they don’t have a higher stars rating they must’ve changed there recipe at some point or something but I’m glad it’s back to its original recipe again cause it’s amazing I recommend any one to go here it’s truly the best

Very clean restaurant counter help was very pleasant, knowledgeable and good at their job. Food was good. Had a pizza and a sub. Enjoyed our visit
