woman in the window was rude, i handed her my paper coupon and she rolled her eyes and yelled at me that i needed to tell them about it at the speaker. it was my first time using a coupon and im rarely frequent tim horton’s so i had no way of knowing this. most other places can’t take a coupon until you get to the window anyways and every restaurant is different. somehow every time i go here they’re out of what i want or just plain rude. i ordered 2 donuts, 1 was incorrect and they took it back and placed it back on their donut cart after someone in my car had touched it. and i ordered 2 croissant sandwiches and 1 was the wrong croissant (everything instead of plain) and it was bacon when they were both supposed to be sausage. i get it, it’s busy at 9am, i also work in fast food, but i don’t give new customers a hard time over learning how to use a coupon their way. very inconsiderate and doesn’t make me want to revisit or spend my time or money on this company.

Stopped at drive thru. Website said open til 6pm. I was there at 5:30 and they were closed!! Not the first time it’s happened!!

Was in the drive thru at 430. Sat for 10 minutes before pulling up to the window. The workers said we're closed because we have to clean before 5. I thought you served your product until 5? Horrible experience. As I sat waiting on someone to come over the intercoms I see 2 workers talking the whole time at the counter.

Literally the worst breakfast I’ve had at Tim Hortons. Hashbrown was cold and sitting for a while. It tastes like cardboard. The sandwich that they made me was cold usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to do this one. Service was great food quality not so much.

I’ve called multiple times asking to speak with a hiring manager, and each time, an employee has either ignored me or just hung up without saying a word. This is beyond disrespectful and completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat potential employees, I can only imagine how they treat their actual staff and customers. It’s honestly embarrassing for a business to operate like this, and it speaks volumes about the kind of management they have. If they can’t even handle a simple phone call, how can they run a restaurant properly?

The restaurant was out of my favorite donut. Kay offered to make one for me fresh, and it was one of the best donuts I have ever had in my life. She was so smiley and kind when she gave it to me, too. She didn't have to do that. She could have just said "we are out" and that would have been fine. But she went out of her way to do something kind for a stranger. It really made my day. Thanks, Kay!
