Apparently when you order through Uber the store can just claim they never received it in order to not have to deal with it. Super cool. Reminder of why I don’t ever go to Tim Hortons because it’s never a good experience.

Went into this location to purchase an iced vanilla latte and was told they can't make lattes even though it's on their menu...? So then I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with oat milk and was handed an iced black coffee with sugar. I then handed my receipt to the woman to show her what I ordered and what I was given and she rudely grabbed it from me and quickly remade it, then rudely handed it back without any acknowledgement, kindness or apology.

Stopped in for a snack and bathroom break and had to go somewhere else just for the bathroom break. I have never seen more visible feces on a public bathroom in my life, including portoloos… I will never be stopping here again for fear the kitchens are kept as clean as the bathrooms.

This review is specific to this Tim Hortons. I live in an area with lots of Tim Hortons and rarely have a bad experience. The service was poor. The staff were rude. They reported they were out of a lot of foods. The group i was with ordered 3 grilled cheese sandwiches and they were all cold, paper thin and had very little cheese on them. I have a picture.

This Tim Hortons is honestly the worst. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a bacon and scrambled egg croissant, and there was barely any egg on the sandwich. I called to let the manager know, but the person who answered (said his name was Jason) was extremely rude — and if he is the manager, that explains a lot about why this location is so terrible. I won’t be back. Thankfully, there’s a Starbucks right across the street.

Went for Tim Bits. This place says they do not sell it. Bad enough that you reheat frozen donuts to begin with but now you don’t even have one of your most famous things in stock. What a joke!!
Update: The canned reply to the review is both annoying and insulting. If you truly cared you would fix what was wrong. Clearly your overall rating reflects your effort to improve (not).
Should have read the reviews, the woman working was incredibly rude. We ended up leaving.
