Was in the drive thru at 430. Sat for 10 minutes before pulling up to the window. The workers said we're closed because we have to clean before 5. I thought you served your product until 5? Horrible experience. As I sat waiting on someone to come over the intercoms I see 2 workers talking the whole time at the counter.

Literally the worst breakfast I’ve had at Tim Hortons. Hashbrown was cold and sitting for a while. It tastes like cardboard. The sandwich that they made me was cold usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to do this one. Service was great food quality not so much.

I’ve called multiple times asking to speak with a hiring manager, and each time, an employee has either ignored me or just hung up without saying a word. This is beyond disrespectful and completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat potential employees, I can only imagine how they treat their actual staff and customers. It’s honestly embarrassing for a business to operate like this, and it speaks volumes about the kind of management they have. If they can’t even handle a simple phone call, how can they run a restaurant properly?

The restaurant was out of my favorite donut. Kay offered to make one for me fresh, and it was one of the best donuts I have ever had in my life. She was so smiley and kind when she gave it to me, too. She didn't have to do that. She could have just said "we are out" and that would have been fine. But she went out of her way to do something kind for a stranger. It really made my day. Thanks, Kay!

Went to order some donuts. Tired ordering some Boston cream which was visible. Her response was we're out, with attitude. When we pointed out that they were there behind her. Her response was, "Yeah, I can't give you those. They aren't available" again with attitude. So the only option of donut that was available was chocolate frosted, which she just threw in the bag face down and just made a bag of frosting with a donut for garnish.

Well, I just want to say this store is very horrible in person and also ordering online thru doordash also are much horrible. Ordering online they always making a mistake it never been correct. Ordered Ice coffee with cream and they give you Iced Black Coffee instead. Ordered Glazed donuts they give you timbits. Ordered farmers wrap they give you no sauce on it. I don’t know why this staff are always giving me a wrong order are they not reading the receipt? Are they high??? I work in Tim Hortons Canada and seeing the difference I can say Canada Tim Hortons are the best. And seeing this kind of service the customer will not gonna go back again if your staff are like this also your donuts are not fresh! IN CANADA THEY ARE FRESH I GUESS YOU GUYS STILL SELLING THE LEFT OVER DONUTS SINCE YESTERDAY OR 3days AGO.

The last six months everything we buy from here is stale. Just picked up two dozen doughnuts and horribly stale. Spoke to a manager and she said “that’s funny we don’t have doughnuts today”. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. They are very very very slow. I quit going there for a year. Then I decided to try it again. Went there today 11/22/2024 around 2:00 pm. There was no one in line and I didn't see anyone inside. It took them about a minute to acknowledge me at the ordering speaker. I ordered a large coffee and pulled up to the pick up window. I waited about 3 minutes and no one ever came to the window. There was a young girl/boy playing on their phone. I finally pulled off and can say that I will never go there again. I will drive to Stringtown road from now on.

I stopped by for donuts and was impressed with the professional service I received. My order was prepared exactly as requested, and the staff was courteous throughout. Although it was a slow time, and some employees were standing idle, this had no impact on my experience. The donuts tasted fresh, and I left satisfied. I look forward to returning in the future.
