Customer service here is poor. Staff acted like they were doing me a favor just by taking my order, and the attitude was rude and unwelcoming. On top of that, there were bugs flying around inside the store. It feels like the employees don’t want to be there
large iced coffee with cream. They used tea and doubled up the cream, trying to cover it up. Just say you ran out of iced coffee next time. It is a monstrosity to charge four dollars for something that is undrinkable.
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, however the cream cheese was missing.Didn’t notice until I was already at work.
