The young adults that work here have horrible service just get a different job if your going to have unnecessary attitude. You don't have to work there if you don't want to and if your going to stay get the orders right and don't have an attitude.

Food is standard Wendy’s. Nothing to write home about. Came in here to get off the road to relax and enjoy a meal before driving the rest of the way home. The teenage employee keeps yelling and swearing in the back. I can also hear them ridiculing the customers in the drive thru. The professionalism here is shockingly bad. I’m just thankful I don’t have my children with me.

This is INSANE to me!! This is my dinner tonight before I go in and ship packages to you lovely people of the world tonight!
How the hell even if you’re a teenager and it’s your first job can’t you cook a BURGER right??! Are you trying to give people a food borne illness!!! It’s VERY IRONIC that when you call the phone it can’t go through and it doesn’t work to call the management team to get something fixed. This is the last time I will ever spend a dollar at this location. I work literally right across the driveway also and I will refuse to even bother in fear I might get sick!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
Just last month I had this happen with a burger and then The chicken is from a couple of weeks prior it was actually dried out like a jerky!! The management needs to pay attention to their young kids working night shifts it was a struggle for me for the 10 years I worked in management at Panera. Get better night staff.

Attempted to come in through the front door and the employees had tied the entrance shut with a plastic bag. That’s one way to close the lobby I guess..
Swung around through the drive through only to receive stale fries, metallic tasting coke, and a baconator with no bacon…

It's fine for a fast food place but it is nothing to write home about. They are usually very short with you here, not there to be nice, just to work. Most of the time my order has been correct and they are usually decently paced but it can easily get backed up and the Tim Hortons line being intertwined with it is just a mess of a parking lot.

Shared space with another restaurant. Typical Wendy's single cheeseburgers, but these have shredded iceberg lettuce, not romaine like other Wendy's we've been to. Service is a bit slow during meal times. If they forget something, they tend to not deal with it when brought to their attention until you ask more than 1 person about the missing item.

Tim Hortons - Vanilla latte had coffee grounds in it. Bathroom was disgusting for 8:00 in the morning. No toilet paper. Trash running over. Was not cleaned the night before.
The women’s bathroom was a pigsty. An employee came in and used the toilet and left without washing her hands - possibly because the paper towels were all over the floor. The gal at the register was less than pleasant! The restaurant was not very clean. Not a pleasant Wendy’s experience… avoid this one!
