Picked up my order; everything was prepared as ordered. The youn ladies at the drive-thru were cheerful and pleasant. The parking lot was very clean.

Absolutely some of the rudest bunch of girls working the window. My order was placed directly on the Wendy's website. I the followed the directions IN THE EMAIL and apparently this is incorrect. They have their own way of doing it, and if you dont answer their questions in the exact way they think it should be answered they get rude and nasty. I tried several times to explain I placed an online order. Over and over again the girl at the window kept saying so which app? I said again, I placed it on the Wendy's website. Okay so which app? Its astounding to me that you would have someone like that working the window and being a representative of this location. And then, as if its some sort of TV show your entire staff stood at the window staring. What kind of place are you running? There were cars behind me. Didn't they have those orders to be working on?

5/28/25. Found out no longer brewing tea. Fountain tea is trash.
May/21st/2025 around 3:10pm-3:15pm Literally all I ordered was a 10-piece nugget and a double stack and I asked for extra barbecue...... when I got my food at the window and drove around to look in the bag they forgot the extra barbecue there was only the two standard BBQ packets in the bag.... so I went back around I told them that they forgot the extra barbecue they told me to pull to the window where they then proceeded to hand me an extremely heavy bag of 23 barbecue sauce packets.... I'm assuming just to be smart asses... and to be petty.... I mean seriously grow up all you had to do is give two extra packets to give me a total of four packets then it have to be jerks and give me a bag full of 23 barbecue sauce packets that is ridiculous!!! Also just to be able to give away 23 barbecue sauce packets seems like a waste of material and supply for Wendy's

Sat at the speaker for a while. No one was speaking, tried saying hello and waiting, no response. There was a car behind us so we decided after a while to up to the window to order thinking maybe it’s not working. There were 3 people staring watching us pull up who said we had to order at the speaker…. Pulled back around and ordered and the order was repeated back correctly and yet we received the wrong thing anyway.

Wendy’s is usually always pretty good. There are misses but most of the time good. Now their breakfast sausage is some of the best sausage out there.
