I visited this small establishment for the first time with my girlfriend. We were greeted by a young, laid-back white male who took our order. My girlfriend ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, and I ordered a build-your-own with three toppings.
My girlfriend is dangerously allergic to onions and we made it very clear that the pizza must have no onions. Despite this, when the food came out, her pizza had onions on it. I addressed it immediately with the cashier, who looked concerned and acknowledged the mistake. He went to the back to speak with a female manager, but came back and told us there was nothing they could do.
No apology. No explanation. No offer to remake the pizza. Just, “there’s nothing we can do.”
I guess that’s what you get when you order cheap pizza — but risking someone’s health and brushing it off like that is completely unacceptable. This was not just bad service; it was careless and dangerous.
I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be warning others to stay away too.

When I called to place a pick up order, I was unaware it was 6 minutes before closing. They took my order anyway and made exactly what I wanted. It was the first time I had their pizza and I must admit it was THE BEST pizza I've had in many years! To the crew that took my request and served me (with kindness to boot!) at closing, I give a hearty thank you. To the fella that made my pizza at closing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024: you served me food from heaven; it was so well done! Thank you. My only regret is that I do not live in Grove City to visit this establishment more often.
