“After taking our pet to the vet, we stopped into Birch Tavern for dinner. We sat on the patio since it was a nice day. The food was delivered fast and was delicious. The service was friendly, and the overall experience was good. My wife had the birch club sandwich, and I had the boneless chicken wings. They were comparable in size to Roosters. I enjoyed our experience there.“

“pros and cons. CONS.. If you were to base your visit on first checking out the cleanliness of the bathrooms before you eat, you'd turn around and leave. The men's room in the basement needs so much work and the multiple colonies of gnats was like visiting the basement of college kids from a party and cans and spilled beer have never been cleaned up. Horrible condition. The ladies refused to even look at theirs. Booths are small and tight. Definitely an old building, but it's kind of cool with its history. PROS... Those were some really really good burgers. Wife got the Ali and I got the Old School. Burgers are huge and easily splitable. We tried this after friends suggested the burgers and we were not disappointed. Onion rings were too greasy for us, but the fries and homemade chips were great. Alll and all, it's definitely an option to eat again when in town.“

“I don’t want to remove a star because your pickle pizza is dreamy but you made me waste money on those stupid for profit parking lots that don’t even use the funds to repair the lots. The parking is like 11 dollars we found another one for 6 bucks for two hours walk up to Slammers and it’s locked. Everything says it’s open, the web site, Google, the door sign itself… we’re not rich, just wanted to have a beer and pizza after a really bad day and tried To call but there’s no way to leave a message… just boo that wasn’t cool. Next time make a sign when you don’t feel like opening up during your normal hours, think of your customers. *waaah*“

“Went to the Blu Note for the first time for my birthday in August. One of the waitresses was being trained by another waitress so we had two waitresses waiting on us (: and they did a great job!!! The live music was lively and the food was excellent , lamb chops were off the chain and the chicken wings were seasoned just right! They gave me complimentary New York Style Cheese Cake for my birthday as well ! In my Arnold Schwarzenegger impression “I’ll be back”.“

The waffle was amazing the only thing was it may have been maybe sitting under a light for a while becuase there was a portion of it that was crispy like chips, I didn't care for that at all. The coffee was lukewarm, and my bacon was overcooked. But the reason i gave them 5 stars is because the service was SUPERB! We were visiting and didn't know of any places to go so we asked the waitress and they took their time and gave us a list of a couple places we could visit in the city and to me that in itself was awesome. Also the waitress removed the overcooked bacon and the lukewarm coffee from my tab, when she noticed that I didn't eat it, without me even having to ask, although I wouldn't have, I would've just paid for it. This place was clean and it was absolutely, for us, worth it.“

“Wine on High was the perfect spot for our company ladies night. Leading up to the event, Tina made the process seamless & easy. Her communication was great. The evening of our event, Eric took the best care of us. We did a wine tasting before dinner & he was so knowledgeable about the wines he was serving us. Dinner & drinks were loved by all. They even personalized the menus with our company logo which I thought was a sweet touch.“

“Had a great time at Mike's Grill. Brandon, our bar tender, was friendly, knowledgeable, and great under pressure. I know because after a few drinks, I put him to the test. He managed to serve to perfection every drink I ordered. Their selection of beer was admirable as well. Being from Texas, I asked the likelihood of getting a bottle of the national beer of Texas, a Lone Star, and lo and behold it was presented to me. Had a great time meeting young and old alike. “We came here to see Waterloo5 band last night and had the most amazing time. A lot of reviews have said it was too loud but we loved every minute of the band. I love the atmosphere here along with the cozy seating arrangements they have. Things I wish they had: Drink specials when a band is there. An absolute must would be beer buckets. I spent too much time going to the bar to get a beer. The bartenders were slammed and did an absolutely AMAZING job considering the crowd. Overall a super cool place that I cannot wait for warmer weather so the roll up doors can be open.“
