“I just left the store off of Hamilton rd in Columbus. Myself, mom and friend come here about once a week for breakfast. As we were leaving this morning, our friend Roberta tripped over the rug and fell hard. She hit her head, possibly broke her hip. She’s at the hospital as we speak. I wanted to immediately let everyone know what a wonderful person that you have working for you. I regret that I don’t know her name but she checks us out at the register most every week. At the very moment that she saw Roberta fall, she ran to her side. She sat with her the entire time and held her hand. I am amazed and you all should be very proud to have her on your team. When we were all in a panic, she kept her calm and in turn kept Roberta calm. She sat holding the door open and holding Roberta’s hand the whole time. Clear up til the ambulance arrived, she stayed there on the floor with her. We are so thankful that she was there. She deserves an award. She deserves the highest praise possible. The world needs so much more of her. Please let her know immediately that she was seen and she is a wonderful person. Jay was also extremely helpful and stayed there with us the whole time, accommodating whatever was needed. You have some very wonderful people there and I really hope that they get recognized. We really were blown away by their kindness and concern. We appreciate all of you so much!“

“I’ve order quite a few times n DoorDash. And I’ve ordered pick up once as of today. The food is always hot and fresh. Giant burritos I usually get 2 meals out of it. My favorite so far is the hot chicken. The ranch was some of the best I’ve had. Tots crisp and hot. Loaded Chilli soooo good. This is a pop up kitchen and not an eat in restaurant but you can order pick up or delivery via door dash. This is def one of my favorite places to eat out in Columbus!“

“I took my husband there for a late birthday lunch. He had the Jerk chicken bowl and it was tasty and a lot of food. I had the fried perch meal with Mac n cheese and yams. All was delicious but the Mac n cheese was so so good!!! The service was timely and pleasant and we were fed quickly. I will certain return and bring a friend.“

“Stored in here because it looked like it had a chill vibe where I could catch up with family over a drink. Absolutely loved the Mac’s Mule. Serve Ryan was super nice. He recommended the Sauerkraut Balls & Scotch Eggs which were both out of this world! 100% will be coming back here. Awesome little spot.“

“4 Canadians visiting for Stadium Series game - Saturday, March 1, 2025. Needing sustainance after a long drive. 2pm, we discovered your restaurant near our hotel. It was a great experience. The food was awesome. The server gentleman, whose name escapes me, was very personable and accommodating. Ohian people were awesome everywhere we went. Please know the experience we had was over and above what was expected. Thank you.“

“Our sunshine, server Sydney, was transferred here, and at least 5 of us have followed her. A little bit of a drive but we are always seated immediately. Naturally everything on the menu, and the coffee is just as good here, it's the PEOPLE that make all the difference! The manager (Tony) and other servers (especially Kenzie) are all pleasant and professional.“

“Nice meal, but some of the food wasn't hot. We had a big group, so that might be why. The waitress was friendly, but didn't check in often enough. I will go back for sure though.

“We has just there, it was a bad experience!! The waitress was rude and our food was terrible. We had to wait for silverware, had to wait for our dessert and then top it off, stood their at the cash register for 10 minutes to pay our bill . We decided after today, we’re no longer going to be eating there. I would have never treated my customers they way we was treated“

“We had placed a pick up order for two wildfire, chicken salads & We got all the way home to realize that the salad was missing the dressings. This is the third time this has happened to us, I’ve just never called about it. I’ve always just taken it as a loss and put my own dressing on it. Well, today I called and the manager Tyesha was super quick to fix the issue for me, she went out of her way to make me a new order, and included a free goodie because of the inconvenience. Thank you so much! This is what customer service is all about, she went out of her way to make this right for me and it just made the overall experience so much better!!“

“we entered the bob Evans and approached the host and requested a table of three the young man was very polite and clearly had some type of a disability and needed help at the podium multiple times he went and spoke with his manager and all he would tell him is people needed to wait instead of overwhelming this young man with frustrated customers the manager should have stepped in to help assist I was very disappointed with the management and staff leaving the poor host out to dry and had we got any attention at all from anyone besides the host I would have let them know how disgusting I thought it was needless to say after about 20 minutes and a waiting room full of people we decided to head to another place to eat as a crowded room and a rowdy toddler don't mesh well only certain tables are open to be seated in and staff seems like they are falling apart it's disappointing and not at all what it used to be“
