“I just left the store off of Hamilton rd in Columbus. Myself, mom and friend come here about once a week for breakfast. As we were leaving this morning, our friend Roberta tripped over the rug and fell hard. She hit her head, possibly broke her hip. She’s at the hospital as we speak. I wanted to immediately let everyone know what a wonderful person that you have working for you. I regret that I don’t know her name but she checks us out at the register most every week. At the very moment that she saw Roberta fall, she ran to her side. She sat with her the entire time and held her hand. I am amazed and you all should be very proud to have her on your team. When we were all in a panic, she kept her calm and in turn kept Roberta calm. She sat holding the door open and holding Roberta’s hand the whole time. Clear up til the ambulance arrived, she stayed there on the floor with her. We are so thankful that she was there. She deserves an award. She deserves the highest praise possible. The world needs so much more of her. Please let her know immediately that she was seen and she is a wonderful person. Jay was also extremely helpful and stayed there with us the whole time, accommodating whatever was needed. You have some very wonderful people there and I really hope that they get recognized. We really were blown away by their kindness and concern. We appreciate all of you so much!“

“4 Canadians visiting for Stadium Series game - Saturday, March 1, 2025. Needing sustainance after a long drive. 2pm, we discovered your restaurant near our hotel. It was a great experience. The food was awesome. The server gentleman, whose name escapes me, was very personable and accommodating. Ohian people were awesome everywhere we went. Please know the experience we had was over and above what was expected. Thank you.“

“I heard about Mac's a while back and today I finally made a point of dining there mid-afternoon. I judge it to be a place where you can have a cold drink, a good meal, and visit with your friends. Low-volume music is playing in the background but not enough to interfere with normal volume conversation. Very friendly and efficient servers. They kinda keep their eyes on you during your visit so all you have to do is to raise your hand and one of them will be with you in a moment. The food is very good with decent-sized servings at reasonable prices. At the moment, I plan on going there for some "Me Time" once a month.“

We had a very good lunch especially their new memoesas. Their menu is extensive it still has the classic favorites with an array of new things to try too. I had their steak tip dinner while my husband had the Atlantic cod. Both were perfectly cooked, accurate, beautifully plated, hot and fresh. The service as always was excellent. Our server was very friendly, efficient, and helpful which is the norm for them rather than the luck of the draw. Our experiences with Bob Evans always sets a high standard for others to follow but opens our eyes to what we should be able to expect from not just Bob Evans in our future travels but any other restaurants we visit. We are definitely looking forward to going back and trying more of thier new menu items.! There is plenty of parking handicap or regular fast seating handicap accessible dining tables easily accessible restrooms and as always buy one of their candles on their way out because you won't find a better smelling long-lasting one than you do here or beat the price of them either Plus they have a lot of other cute items to purchase I bought my husband a t-shirt that said this body's made from bacon too cute we love you guys.“

“Our sunshine, server Sydney, was transferred here, and at least 5 of us have followed her. A little bit of a drive but we are always seated immediately. Naturally everything on the menu, and the coffee is just as good here, it's the PEOPLE that make all the difference! The manager (Tony) and other servers (especially Kenzie) are all pleasant and professional.“

“we entered the bob Evans and approached the host and requested a table of three the young man was very polite and clearly had some type of a disability and needed help at the podium multiple times he went and spoke with his manager and all he would tell him is people needed to wait instead of overwhelming this young man with frustrated customers the manager should have stepped in to help assist I was very disappointed with the management and staff leaving the poor host out to dry and had we got any attention at all from anyone besides the host I would have let them know how disgusting I thought it was needless to say after about 20 minutes and a waiting room full of people we decided to head to another place to eat as a crowded room and a rowdy toddler don't mesh well only certain tables are open to be seated in and staff seems like they are falling apart it's disappointing and not at all what it used to be“
