“Rusty Bucket is our go to restaurant. I appreciate that they have reservations when so many other places do not. The atmosphere is fun, the menu has a good variety, and they have good kids meal with a bookmark deal. My daughter's school just completed a read a thon so she was able to easily redeem her free kids meal this time. I always get a brown bag beer and it's fun to see what is inside; even the servers like to find out with me. We never have to wait too long for our food and the servers have been consistently good. The food is good and there is something for everyone. Oh, and I recommend getting the fried pickles but sliced not speared which they will do if you ask.“
“Parking: We stopped in here on our way thru Ohio. We had a very pleasant experience. We were immediately seated and our waiter was with us shortly after. Food came out quick and exactly as expected. The banana bread is the best part. Also purchased a candle for the first time. It is so fragrant and slow burning. Can't wait to come back again.“
“I guess we take for granted the pleasure of being able to go here anytime we want. We were visited by one of our friends from Arizona. He always makes it a priority to go to Bob Evans when he visits. Going there with him was fun seeing how much he loves it. Our food was great and the wait staff was very friendly. We will be returning again soon!“
“I’ve always enjoyed my experience at City BBQ. Their sandwiches are always top notch, and the cheese fries today were a great addition. I came in right before dinner rush, but I had very little wait time and the food was hot. With the prices and atmosphere, this is my favorite BBQ in the Dublin area.“
“Obviously pierogies are the objective. Kudos to Pierogi Mtn for having so many options to reach vegans as well as non-vegans. I tried the Hungarian Lesco and another with potato, mushroom, onion. Both were tasty. The star for me where's the House made wild ramp sausage (with pork). My friend's dining with me tried other pierogies and also enjoyed their choices. Service was a tad slow but maybe because it was prom night and graduation weekend in Columbus?Vegetarian options: And Vegan!!“
“Decided I was going to hit up a place that I had been to their Food Truck. I was met by Eric working the cash register. I ordered the Maque Choux and Red Beans and Rice with Smoked Sausage. I also ordered several bread servings. The red beans and sausage were flavored perfectly over the rice. Super flavorful. The Maque Choux was so creamy and delicious with the mixture of corn and chicken. Definitely to die for. The bread is so off the chart, filled with flavor. I could eat a whole loaf in a heartbeat. Also had time to talk with Collin who works in the kitchen. But the person who exudes the meaning of hospitality was Abbey the owners daughter who runs prep and the front of the house. I had met her several years ago when she was working with her dad (Jason) on the Food Truck. If you want to taste some flavorful food, you need to check out Yats in Grandview. You won’t be disappointed!!“
“This place is just fantastic! We have eaten here three times and the food is terrific, the burgers are always perfect and the fries are the best I've had in a very long time. The greens are what sent me over the edge, absolutely delicious, I could eat them every day. I have not tried carryout yet although we plan to, we actually ended up here after a concert. We had reservations at a fancy place before the show and were severely disappointed and afterwards we were starving so we stopped in and were so happy we did. We plan to try everything on the menu, it is that good!“
“This restaurant was referred to me by a friend.Regardless of how the food, service or asthmosphe was I personally am more concerned about the customer experience. The customer service received during your meal and most importantly after the meal and you go home and reflect on your experience with said restaurant. And making the decision whether you want to return, or recommend this place to your family, friends and coworkers and most importantly the public. So taking it all in I'm going to say I won't even get into the dining experience. The most important part of what is taking place at this restaurant is the after effect that hits you after making a Google review.Read all of them and you can only connect to the idea that management really fails the customer. The bad basic concept of the management reply is we will try harder, we will work on it, and thank you for letting us know.Come back another time and see if we have improved. Not a single time did the management say please contact me and let discuss how we can resolve the issues.NO IT'S ALWAYS COME BACK AGAIN AND SEE IF WE IMPROVED !!!??SO what I received from the manager replies to the customers review posting, was very lacking in concern if the customer actually returns or even give a good referral to family, friends or coworkers and the public.Im sure that the manager don't even know the customer.Take me for example, I have 3,800,000 views and growing.Yes 3.8 million views. This should be a concern for any business owner, manage, or corporation. When the customer became an insignificant part of the daily agenda, your only setting yourself up for failure. This is the digital world today.Chump me. and I will tell world ? .That's what should really drive you to connect with your customers.NOT BY THE MEANS OF A GENERIC REPLY THANKS FOR LETTING US KNOW AND COME BACK AND SEE IF WE HAVE IMPROVED.ONLY POINT THIS TELLS THE CUSTOMER AND THE PUBLIC READING YOUR REVIEWS BEFORE DECIDING TO COME THERE, IS THAT THEY ARE NOT SIGNIFICANT TO THE CONTINUOUS OPERATION OF YOUR BUSINESS, BECAUSE YOUR HOPING FOR CONTINUOUS FOOT TRAFFIC AND NOT CONCERNED ABOUT REPEAT CUSTOMERS.THE FAILURE OF MOST BUSINESSES, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE, IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.SINCERELY I am the customer.“
“We intended to have outdoor seating, but with the weather starting to turn, the host staff immediately got us sat at an indoor booth as we arrived. All the food was good and the gluten free menu was all great. Service took longer than expected so our waitress comped our dessert for us.Overall a great experience and we will definitely be coming here again in the future.Dietary restrictions: They have a full gluten free menu and they bring gluten free bread to the table as well.“
