Raised in Louisiana, moved to California, went to Columbus on vacation. What a surprise to find some of the most authentic Cajun food since Louisiana. Nothing fancy for sure, but definitely reminds me of a good home-cooked dinner in Louisiana. Very small menu and nothing fried so not totally representative of Cajun cuisine which was a small disappointment. Prices are good. Bread is really good and so are the beignets. The stews are good too. Not full service which I like. I still don’t understand why full service is so common in restaurants . Makes the meal price so much higher. I’ll be back soon.

Decided I was going to hit up a place that I had been to their Food Truck. I was met by Eric working the cash register. I ordered the Maque Choux and Red Beans and Rice with Smoked Sausage. I also ordered several bread servings. The red beans and sausage were flavored perfectly over the rice. Super flavorful.
