The food here was fantastic. I ate lunch there and got takeout for dinner, plus it shared with a friend, so I've gotten to try the catfish platter, shrimp gumbo, mac and cheese, collards, red beans and rice, and cornbread everything was great. The catfish may be the best I've ever had. They are a little short handed and service can be on the slow side, so be prepared to wait. They do also have a patio to eat outdoors that looks like it's open year round.
I was craving comfort food late night and this spot was opened. My friend and I really enjoyed it ! Will be back . Owner came out to talk to us at the end of the meal to check on our experience and that left a great impression ! Will be

This place is just fantastic! We have eaten here three times and the food is terrific, the burgers are always perfect and the fries are the best I've had in a very long time. The greens are what sent me over the edge, absolutely delicious, I could eat them every day. I have not tried carryout yet although we plan to, we actually ended up here after a concert.
