This place is just fantastic! We have eaten here three times and the food is terrific, the burgers are always perfect and the fries are the best I've had in a very long time. The greens are what sent me over the edge, absolutely delicious, I could eat them every day. I have not tried carryout yet although we plan to, we actually ended up here after a concert. We had reservations at a fancy place before the show and were severely disappointed and afterwards we were starving so we stopped in and were so happy we did. We plan to try everything on the menu, it is that good!

The food here was fantastic. I ate lunch there and got takeout for dinner, plus it shared with a friend, so I've gotten to try the catfish platter, shrimp gumbo, mac and cheese, collards, red beans and rice, and cornbread everything was great. The catfish may be the best I've ever had. They are a little short handed and service can be on the slow side, so be prepared to wait. They do also have a patio to eat outdoors that looks like it's open year round.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered gumbo and greens on ubereats. I called the restaurant to ask for condiments and the employee was extremely rude. The gumbo was poor quality. The shrimp in the gumbo was ok but that's about it. The gumbo had huge chucks of raw green pepper and the chicken breasts were stale. It tasted as if it had been in the freezer for months and had discoloration. The greens and cabbage were decent. As if this were not enough the portions are small for the price. Please read through the reviews before ordering from this underwhelming joke of a cajun restaurant.

Yeah I order from here a few times the food is good not a fan of the Mac but everything else hits but why I come to pick my order up and baby is on her personally phone and bagging our food with no gloves no hand washing nothing and it pissed me clean off cause I’m pregnant she put one glove on which defeats purpose so I just put my head down she like you look tired whole time I’m just trynna pray over my food so like here’s what truly killed me she coughed in the same bare hand she was plating our toast in my pick up order and I just think when you have one person in the kitchen, answering the phones and everything else cross contamination is so easy and as a customer I was so salty cause seeing it makes you not want to eat. I know I take my phone into the bathroom I set my phone any and everywhere so to see it on the counter right next to cheese that isn’t covered or nothing just put only made my conscious crazy. What you don’t know won’t hurt you :/

I was excited when I found this place online as I LOVE Cajun food. I ordered the chicken and shrimp gumbo. It wasn't bad.... but I can't say it was good. Very bland. I guess I'll write it up to wishful thinking
