Of course, McDonald's has a great reputation for FAST food. But, the Groveport store is awful.. Always slow, rude, and orders are always wrong. And their ice cream machine is ALWAYS down ?

I went shopping and a girl on the night shift treated me terribly. She gave me a dirty look and gave me cold food. They didn't give me what I asked for and they started arguing and saying that I couldn't get my order right. Maybe since I'm Hispanic she thought I couldn't speak English... the attention of those ladies is of no use.

They were not up to working the day I went. You speak, they don't, all my food was out of the wrapper, I was pissed and running late for work. 0 F@#!$ was given . Slowly turning into the one by Kimberly Parkway, and I bypass that one to get this McDonald's... truly disappointed. I'll start going to Canal or Main st. Steak bagel w/o egg w/ onions( didn't have any and barely no sauce)

Ordered 2 Big Macs, hamburger and 2 small fries. Fast service, probably because the food was sitting since lunch and reheated for us, the worst big mac's I ever had, buns like cardboard, meat on the edges very dark from being reheated, I will tell everyone I know that is not a good McDonald's, "go down the street to the one in Canal Winchester....I love McDonald's been going there a long time, this visit was just horrible!

I gave you good stars because this isn't my current experience isn't a sample of my overall experience. Usually I get a good experience here but I've had a long hard day and I have an equally messed up life and one thing that would have just brighten my day. Just a little bit with two have been given hot french fries, hot fresh french fries. I just feel like with all fast food restaurants Saturday evening is the worst time to come and express and an experience. A good service overall Monday mornings in the mornings when it's a different type of staff. I think you get good service. There's a different work ethic that's experienced by people who are used to the grind as opposed to people who are just getting used to the grind. No offense to anyone. I just needed some hot fries in my life. Not everybody has a oven or stove or microwave or house.
I can't deal with this McDonald's anymore. I'm tired of the gnats in the bottom of the sweet tea and the workers blaming it on the customer. Also.the gnats swarming around the soda machine. I don't need that much protein. They've messed up my orders 4 or 5 times, and I throw it out or drive all the way back. Then, I hear complaints from them. Steak starts with a "s" and bacon with a "b." I ask for a steak bagel then, I get bacon bagels. I am tired of wasting money at this one. Driving to Canal Winchester for McDonald's from now on. Also this place is the King of Carbonated Drinks! You get a soda and it’s carbonated water. No one checks the soda machines throughout the day.

This has to be the worst mcdonalds in Columbus. Slow, orders are always wrong, employees yelling and cussing at each other or clowning around with one another while 10 of us stand there waiting to order. We can walk to this location, but we would rather drive 7miles out of the way to another location. Granted it's Mcdonalds so I guess you can't expect much ?

I hate McDonald's and would never go...ever....but those damn bacon egg and cheese bagels call me like a beacon of light. They are my downfall. Delicious and I wish they sold their breakfast sauce. I did not go to McDonald's once when they got rid of their bagels....then they came back and I am addicted.
