I went there to grab a coffee. The intercom had issues and the customer service was terrible. I was asked to pull to the front to wait on a cup of coffee. I was advised that it should take one or two minutes per the employee response. However, after waiting for quite sometime over a cup of coffee I had just left in order to not be late to my meeting. Unfortunately, this particular location does not have good customer service
They're very mean and unprofessional and always get half a fries even though I paid full price.
Tables were not clean. My boss ordered sweat tea and said he doesn't like it.
