Was greeted with a smile. Pizza was being boxed as I paid. Pizza boxes handed over a moment later, again with a toothy smile. It was just really refreshing having someone who was happy in customer service when getting pizza. Everything tasted great, we made a good choice for our son’s birthday pizzas.

Ordered a cheese pizza and a few other items. Came up to 50$ cheese pizza want done, very soggy and not edible. Long story short I called the lady she wanted to credit my order or delivey which would have been another 40mins. i said ill come up there She ended up saying she was going to deny me service and hung up on me. I go up there with all the patience because I work in restaurant over 12 years as a manager / gm all that and I know things happen . i went up there talked to...

Update 1⭐️: 12/4/24 9:30pm. And again. We ordered delivery. 1 Big Dinner Box and 1 redeemed free medium 2 topping pizza. Doordash delivered and we didn't get our redeemed pizza. Driver told me to call doordash but doordash tells me Pizzahut has to fix it. I can't EVER get through to the store. I don't have a car right now. Very unprofessional how this keeps happening....
