This place was mediocre. The manager didn’t want to let other do their jobs. He paused to take someone else’s order instead of handing me my drink. Made me wait for no reason when he had an employee supposed to be doing it. Won’t return.

The staff here this morning is so annoying and the reason why I rarely eat out. Unprofessional, look like the rolled out of bed and came to work. Manager pants hanging dow past gos but with a belt on... tighten the belt, we came for food not dirty boxer but shots. Took forever to get my food and if you ask for assistance the arguing in front of you of who dont want to. I probably would have received faster service in the damn drive through. They assisted 8 people who were after me because the drive thru was empty when i got in... no coming back for breakfast. I should have went to the waffle house. Who still still has Christmas decor in the lobby in March. I ordered at Wendy's use to be my first pick but the past year I am done.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I went to grab something to eat at 910pm on 12/18/23 Order number 3363.I asked for a 6 dollar chicken blt biggie bag, asked for nuggets to be well done and for meal to be a large. I pulled up to pay. Sabrina first words are, "10.11" for the price of my meal. First that caught me off guard is, she didn't say hello at all. Her customer service sucked. All she said was. 10.11. Second, I looked at my receipt wandering why it was 10.11 and I see I was charged for a large chili. So I tell her hey I ordered a large meal and.....then she cut me off saying she cant do anything nor change it. I told her you didn't even let me finish my sentence. I said I ordered a large meal not a large chili with my meal. I asked for the manager. He came to the window with an attitude. On my receipt it says samuel was my host but not sure if that'the mgrs name. But he had an attitude the while time. I told him as well I didn't order a large chili I ordered a large meal. He refunded me the 3.99. And said the amount is refunded back to you. And walked off. so I went to the pick up window. grabbed my bag. he still gave me a jr meal instead of large meal. The fries were cold, my and was literally 10 fries in the box. Sandwich was also cold. The only thing they did right was my nuggets that I asked to be well done.Wendy's why do y'all continue to hire people with no good customer service nor good management? This location use to be good now they act like they don't care.Don't work at a job that involves customer service if you can't get your customer service right.

Inside closed at 4pm. Line wrapped around building. Terrible customer service and very slow. No sense of urgency, didnt care to leave you at the speaker without greeting or even speaking.

My skin color was an issue with the guy in the drive-thru window. I had 3 fries and asked for ketchup he gave me 2 packs and I was asked hey can I get a few more he told me I had to buy them at 50 cents per pack. I'm new to the area and I will never go back to this Wendy's. Absolutely the worst I have ever been treated as a consumer .

We had a large order so we were going in to make it easier for all. Go up to the door. It's locked. At 12:05pm for lunch. So we go to drive thru window to place our order. No fish sandwich so asked for a taco salad. No salad. Asked for baked potato. You guessed it. No potato's either. Why not just close? This place has been going downhill for the last 4 months. We will be going elsewhere from now on! Sad. Very sad!
