Your lane would move faster if the DoorDash people picked up a 1st window
I’ve experienced horrible customer service from the manager as well as the crew I found hair in my salad and the window was slammed in my face
I've gone here several times and ordered different salads. On several occasions, my salad was missing items and very little lettuce. I make sure to check my order before I leave.

Wendy's can be a hit-or-miss experience. The drive-thru can be slow, especially when it's busy, but some customers find that their patience is rewarded with happy grandkids and Frostys. The management and attention to detail may need improvement, as some customers have experienced long waits for no reason and incomplete orders. However, the staff can handle busy times well, and there are moments when service is friendly and accommodating. For example, one customer appreciated the quick service early in the morning when the restaurant was open despite snowy weather, and the staff was very nice and in great spirits. Another customer praised the manager and staff for managing a busy drive-thru situation, even offering upgrades and free desserts to make up for waits. Overall, Wendy's may be a decent option for a quick bite, but there is room for improvement in service, speed, and value, especially since the 4 for $4 meal is no longer available, which was once a popular choice for kids.
