I would highly recommend the Chefs Table at Carmagnola.
For us it was a six course dining experience unlike any we had ever had.
Seated in a private dining area that is positioned right in front of executive chef Jackson Rouse and culinary staff we were provided a detailed description of every course including how the dish was prepared, the inspiration for the dish and where ingredients were sourced. We recently experienced a wonderful evening here. Italian cuisine is known for not crowding flavors but allowing fresh ingredients to become vibrant, individual yet harmonize together. Bravo to Chef Jackson Travis Rouse because this is done extraordinarily well here at Carmagnola. We had the roasted chicken with a vibrant lemon sauce that had you begging for more! We had the best time trying out Carmagnola! Every course was amazing and flavorful. We had the meatballs, artichoke, Caesar, carbonara and the steak and fish specials for the mains. Great wine list and cocktails as well. We felt like we were back in Italy with how great/fresh the food was. Great service and cozy atmosphere! Can’t wait to go back!
