We love Chipotle( accept when they run out of meet). We eat there quite a bit. We love it and they hook up our food. For sure we are gonna be full. ?

Went in for dinner after not going for about 2 months. Last time I went the food looked bad and tasted sub par. This time I went the food all looked fresh and tasted amazing!!!! The staff were also fast gave nice portions and were friendly! Probably the best experience I’ve had at a chipotle!

I placed a timed pick up order at 2:30 for 3:30. I went shopping and finished much quicker than expected and showed up to Chipotle at 3. Decided to go in and ask if I could change my pick up time since I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled one. To my surprise my order was already in then pick up window. 30 whole minutes before I was supposed to pick it up. And when I checked to make sure everything was made correctly it was already cold. I just can't imagine how gross it would have been if I picked it up at the time promised. The place wasn't busy there is no excuse as to why you would have a order sit under heat lamps for a hour.

Extra chicken? You mean sprinkle on some chicken crumbles, add a pound of sour cream to make it heavy and charge you $15. This is ridiculous and it’s happening at all chipotles. It’s done, I’m never going to chipotle again. Everyone is struggling with money right now and you are ripping people off. Everyone should just stop going to chipotle. Look at all these reviews where people don’t get what they pay for

My food was ice cold and I work in a the same area as where I ordered it from it should not have been ice cold I spent money on it I would appreciate it if you could give people their food hot it sad because I just work at Buffalo wild

The chances that your order will be correct have been consistently dropping post-Covid. Tonight I ordered online and 1 of the 3 of my items was missing the double meat I paid for, fajita veggies, and lettuce. When I went up to the register to get it fixed, once they finally acknowledged me, I had to wait for a manager. She came out from the back to tell me that to get it fixed I had to wait through the line because she was too busy in the back to fix it. After waiting through the line I was told I had to wait for her to come back out again to comp the meal. I was finally on my way out the door 25 minutes after my order was scheduled to be ready for pick up. I understand that mistakes happen and I haven’t complained prior to this even though they have messed up our order every time but one in the last few months. We will be going to a different location from now on.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever had. Food is served cold. Meat is hard and dry. Portion sizes are small. Totally inconsistent. It used to be great years ago. Just skip this one and make the drive to a different one.
