I placed a timed pick up order at 2:30 for 3:30. I went shopping and finished much quicker than expected and showed up to Chipotle at 3. Decided to go in and ask if I could change my pick up time since I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled one. To my surprise my order was already in then pick up window. 30 whole minutes before I was supposed to pick it up. And when I checked to make sure everything was made correctly it was already cold. My food was ice cold and I work in a the same area as where I ordered it from it should not have been ice cold I spent money on it I would appreciate it if you could give people their food hot it sad because I just work at Buffalo wild

Went in for dinner after not going for about 2 months. Last time I went the food looked bad and tasted sub par. This time I went the food all looked fresh and tasted amazing!!!! The staff were also fast gave nice portions and were friendly! Probably the best experience I’ve had at a chipotle!
