I usually don't have any problems with this place but recently, I ordered a delivery order and payed for it and they never showed up with the order and then marked it as delivered in the app. I called and they just said they would call me back but never did.
I ordered tonight and was super excited up until I accidentally dumped my dinner box cheese side down on the kitchen floor. I called with not much hope, and they offered to replace the whole box. Kyle is a absolute gem, and I am so happy to get my pizza, and even had a really good giggle when I noticed they had stickered the box closed to prevent another accident. You guys rock!
