I ordered a steak hoagie that came to me very dry and without the ingredients that I wanted on it. Called and complained. Sophia remade my steak hoagie and it was excellent. Thank you. ?
Never had an issue that they weren’t able to make right. Fast friendly and personable are words I would use to describe them. Understanding the challenges of their business goes a long way in appreciating each individuals job there. Seriously keep it up !
