I came on a Tuesday evening and the menu options were very poor. There were maybe 12 options for food. When I asked the bartender where the rest of the menu was, he said that was it. I still decided to get the wings and spinach and artichoke dip. Needless to say, both were very disappointing. The dip was dry and had no flavor at all and the wings were below average with flavor. Cool male bartender. The lady manager was inviting and cordial with great personality. My server was Lara and she had awesome customer service. The food tasted good but my chips were mostly broken and unsalted.
We spent 2 weeks in Hamilton for a basketball tournament. We ate MANY meals here at the Hydraulic bar. By the last night, all our team and parents were so sad to leave our favorite server. Shelly went ABOVE and beyond for us every single time she saw us. She recommended great dishes, drinks, and checked on us all the time. The colossal pretzel was everyone's favorite. Until next time! Give Shelly a raise! She kept us coming back!
