I have never been to Jimmy John's and decided to try it. I was with my friend. We normally go to Subway, Firehouse Subs, Penn Station or Jersey Mike's. It was clean inside but quite cold and uncomfortable as it was a very cold day outside and the A/C vent was blowing right on us no matter what table we picked it was just uncomfortable. The table where we sat had not been cleaned. There was still sticky pop and food on it. It hadn't been wiped down. The other tables were so tiny and too close together. The staff behind the counter were just as nice as could be, but my friend said "no cucumbers" and they gave him Cucumbers anyway. Mine was okay I guess..nothing special. The sandwiches tasted bland and there was no variety of different sub bread you could choose from. We just got this white stale hard hoagie roll. My friend did not want to finish his. All in all..very disappointed. Not sure what all the hype is about. Even Subway is better. Oh..and please don't tell me some scripted message to call some corporate number or website as I won't. You see my review, your responsibility to let whoever know. Also the picture with the bug on window is not very professional. Thanks.

I guess they are having money issues. 3 pieces of turkey on a whole sandwich, the tuna had one third the amount as normal, then they changed their spicy ranch. Last time I'll waste money at this establishment, what a shame over $50 for primarily bread.

So a place an order online with Jimmy John's at 6:59 p.m. around 7:35 I called and I got hung up on so I called again the gentleman answered I explained I haven't received my food he said she's out on four deliveries so I said okay. At 7:55 I called back it just rang rang rang and rang so I decided to drive up there. There were two employees just sitting around no customers nobody in the Drive-Thru. I walked in I said I ordered food over an hour ago I still haven't received it they asked for my address and gave it to them again. I stated you could either remake them or refund me he decided to refund me he was giving me what I paid for the sandwiches I ordered but I said I paid 5.90 for the tip it was $40. He did refund me for the total. And just to let you know the driver never did show up. This is the Jimmy John's in Hamilton on main Street

I use the app to order and I never get updates at this location when my order is done. However the food is great and they are very friendly.

I love to order on the app .Well ,basically everywhere.If I just want a quick something to eat and I'm not in the mood to talk to people.Also my daughter is kinda picky .So I pull over and start to customize our food order on the app.It was 35 minutes before closing time .I figured a couple of cold sandwiches ? Why wouldn't my order go through ? So I drive up to the window .The young man working was very nice .The manager not so much .She says "what ? We're you trying to use the app to get the bogo deal ?"I'm like ummm no .By the time we establish that I just would like to order .It was about 10 till closing .She stated that was why I couldn't order on the app .I said I tried way before .And it still said no .Anyways she reluctantly made my sandwiches .Just totally rubbed me the wrong way .Don't plan on going back .I know ,I know .It was late .But still not an excuse to be rude .

Ordered for delivery last night around 7 PM. 8 rolls around and they're closed. Not a heads up call back or anything. Don't spend your money here

Lady forgot to turn her mic off after I ordered a sweet tea no ice (long drive and I pack for my lunch next day). After hearing the hissy fit and cursing through the speaker bc she forgot to brew it an hour after open I told her to just forget it- She insisted I wait. You had one job.Add on: I opened my bag of chips and they’re green. This is disgusting. The expiration is march 2022.

Does that look like no mayo?? How specific do you have to be now a days? How about None, 100 % or absolutely no mayo at all any where in the sandwich

I work here so in my own opinion it's the best thing ever. But we are only human and we make mistakes just like anyone who breathes air, and we are very understaffed so we try our very best to fix anything we may have messed up and if your order is a delivery I promise we try to get it out to the customers as fast as we can. If it's late it makes us at Jimmy John's just as upset, if not more so, than the customers who have had to wait on their orders. We all try as hard as we possibly can not to make anyone wait for their food, FREAKY FAST for all orders is our top objective, but when we don't have enough help inside or on the road then sometimes it just can't be helped. Please try to be patient and understanding, we didn't forget about you and we understand that you probably have better things to do than wait for someone who is driving their own vehicle, that they have to pay to have fixed, to put fuel in and maintain out of their own pocket (Jimmy John's is not responsible for wear and tear on our own personal cars) could be kind of inconvenient. We enjoy seeing all of your orders going out FREAKY FAST AND FRESH, and have actually gotten into some serious altercations over orders being late going out the door. We want you to get your food just as fast as you would like to get it I promise, Thank you for your time in this matter and God bless us all!!!!!
