I work here so in my own opinion it's the best thing ever. But we are only human and we make mistakes just like anyone who breathes air, and we are very understaffed so we try our very best to fix anything we may have messed up and if your order is a delivery I promise we try to get it out to the customers as fast as we can. I went tonight to get my boyfriend and myself a sandwich just to have a female employee lock the door as she saw me pull up. I looked to see what time they closed, I still had 25 minutes score closing time. This is the same employee who was on her phone and sitting the last time we came in. The food is always good, but maybe someone should remind her what her closing time is.5374 Dixie HWY, Fairfield Ohio

I have never been to Jimmy John's and decided to try it. I was with my friend. We normally go to Subway, Firehouse Subs, Penn Station or Jersey Mike's. It was clean inside but quite cold and uncomfortable as it was a very cold day outside and the A/C vent was blowing right on us no matter what table we picked it was just uncomfortable.
