I had frequented this store. Tonight they had no ice and handed me a meal with a coke no ice. When I handed it back the guy working the window asked what was wrong. I asked him who drinks warm pop. He told me he didn’t have any ice. I said a few expletives to him and drove off. He hung out the window yelling something at me. I then did something out of character. Employees slow to take your order. Expect you to do it self-service. Was out of fish. Floors were greasy. Soda area was not clean.
I am so disgusted with this location. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and they clearly messed this up but instead of remaking it you can see that they wiped or (God I hope didn’t lick) the bun and then put the bun back on. I have a child with severe allergies what If this was for them. This is absolutely unacceptable. I tried to call and the phone was picked up and then the line disconnected. I am outraged the owner of this franchise needs to know about this.
