The owners are good caring people and it's a nice family owned business and they have made me feel like part of the family as well. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the area”

“Ok! I came, I saw, I conquered!! Or, Veni, Vidi, Vici if you’re Julius Caesar! ? I’ve been saying I wanted to go check this place out for MONTHS and I finally made it in!!! I had looked up the menu and a couple things caught my eye that I wanted to try but mostly I was interested in the Root Beer on tap and the Homemade Cheesecake!!! “I discovered a hidden gem.. Hey Babes Bakery!! ?Pictured is the Nashville hot hashbrowns and avocado toast. The avocado toast is the BEST I’ve ever had! It is amazing. It has tahini, avocado, pickled peppers and shallots, and sesame salt. SO GOOD!!! The Nashville hot hashbrowns were delicious too!! The coffee is great as well!The owners are so nice and sweet! I highly recommend giving them a try! ? You won’t regret it ?”

“The food is amazing. The front counter woman was amazing. The food was fresh and homemade.The kitchen operated at the pace of a snail so if you are in a hurry, not the place to go. Additionally, carry out might be better as it’s all high tops. Finally, the cost is pretty high. I had a smash burger, fries and fountain drink and it was $20.30 before a tip.It’s a shame the there are issues and it’s way too expensive because the quality is high. I understand the rising costs of food, but over $20 for counter service is truly outrageous.”

“Are you sick of paying $15! for a hamburger?This place is for you.It’s been an institution for over 50 years. It features diner-style food with a full-bar.Food is delicious and prices are cheap. The kitchen can take awhile if they’re super busy. Won’t impress foodies, but a solid Midwest meal.My only boomer comment: the jukebox is extremely loud!”

“Love coming here. Is one of the highlights for me every time I'm in town. The alcohol milkshakes are great with or without alcohol; I've tried every flavor. The foods I've had are just as good. I also like the set up of getting drinks. Once you get the hang of it, it's great. The fact that we can mix and match, I wish more bars had this set up.”

We had a small girls night out if you want something well worth your money when you go out to eat and just to have a good time I highly recommend coming and visiting the people at the buckeye winery. Menu is a tad pricey for us - but not enough to keep us away forever, but too much for a regular weekend visit. My only beef-- I am barely 5'3" and the stools at the tables at the front are a painful experience, and I am not people-friendly enough to want to sit at the long communal pew. I would like booths better. Everything else is great.”

“Love this place! the atmosphere is unique and awesome. exposed brick, live edge wood tables, just adorable. The food is fantastic and unique! I'm always on the look out for place that dont do just typical menus. This place has unique and interesting sandwiches (both breakfast and lunch) and they are delish! my favorite is a brie, ham, cranberry and honey mustard sandwich called Frenchie. My husband likes to try the specials, today it involved ham and bbq soaked pineapples (how uniquely awesome?). They have a facebook page for those looking for their specials and menu information.”

“Stopped here for dinner while visiting family, this place is a hidden gem!Had Calimari to start- the texture was great, the breading was airy and well-seasoned but very tender.I had the Chicken Riggies for my entree- the chicken was perfectly cooked and the vodka sauce was delicious! I asked for a little extra spice in the sauce and it did not disappoint (though would order as it comes if you're sensitive to spice).I finished with the flourless chocolate torte for dessert- the flavors of the dark chocolate balanced well with the fruit topping and was dense but not too filling. I would definitely get it again!Staff was very friendly and quick. I had an Old Fashioned, generous pours but not over-powering.We will definitely be back next time we're in town!”
