“We have loved coming to dine at the Spread Eagle. We have come to know many of the staff and it’s always a special time. We are so excited for Liz in her new management position, and we REALLY hope she continues. We have noticed such a wonderful pep in everyone’s step since she has been handling things. And it has been run so smooth and enjoyable. As much as we miss her on her normal Mondays serving us, we are so happy to see her passion be able to overflow to everyone else. We are just so impressed by how much she has taken to this new position so well. She loves the restaurant and loves to go above and beyond. This is one of our favorite date night places for an amazing meal and drinks!“
