I came in today and had an order with 2 drinks and quite a few food items. The employees were so quick and kind, especially the girl that was working!! I didn’t get her name, but she had a lot of ear piercings and brown hair. Genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’. I typically go to a different location, but the service and quality of the food and drinks made me want to make this location my regular. P.S. the hashbrown chipotle wake-up wraps are amazing.

They have a problem with any of my orders containing more than just one item, on multiple occasions. Definitely didnt pass the vibe check , sticking to the coffee peddler in lower harrison.

What's the point of selling a gift card if you don't have the sleeve I think the sleeve of the gift card makes the gift card special. This is why I stopped coming gave y'all another chance and y'all still don't have them. Thanks to new haven store for having one

Madison, in particular, is the best—she always makes amazing coffee and goes above and beyond to provide the best service. She’s friendly, efficient, and makes every visit enjoyable. Huge shoutout to her and the whole team for making this my favorite Dunkin’ spot! Highly recommend!

To get this straight I never leave reviews but today everything about the service was overall terrible except the speed in which I got through the line. But on Thursday January 23rd around 10am I went through the drive thru the girl and the other end was just extremely rude. My drink came out wrong my food was wrong and I had the feeling something was off so I had checked it before pulling off. When I went to express that the order was wrong she made the comment “I don’t have time for this” and shut the window. Now I didn’t want to just sit there so I left but this type of service is exactly why I stopped going to dunkin in the first place.

Unfortunately when I ordered online this morning I ordered an iced chai latte but got an iced coffee instead.. the colors are the same so I had no idea until I was already on my way to work and took a drink.. I was really sad about this.. I hate coffee.. waste of $5…

I never go to Dunkin’s for coffee, but where I normally go got rid of their double mocha I love. So I decided to go into this location to see what I could find. Amber helped me and when I was telling her what I was looking for, she made my drink and had me try it. When I knew I didn’t like it, she took it and remade the drink and added cream and sugar to it until I tasted it and liked it. I felt that was so sweet and you don’t get above and beyond service like that anymore. She deserves the recognition for her kindness and service she provided today.
