What's the point of selling a gift card if you don't have the sleeve I think the sleeve of the gift card makes the gift card special. This is why I stopped coming gave y'all another chance and y'all still don't have them. Thanks to new haven store for having one

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stop at this Dunkin’ every time, and it’s always a great experience! The coffee is consistently perfect, and the customer service is top-notch. Madison, in particular, is the best—she always makes amazing coffee and goes above and beyond to provide the best service. She’s friendly, efficient, and makes every visit enjoyable. Huge shoutout to her and the whole team for making this my favorite Dunkin’ spot! Highly recommend!

To get this straight I never leave reviews but today everything about the service was overall terrible except the speed in which I got through the line. But on Thursday January 23rd around 10am I went through the drive thru the girl and the other end was just extremely rude. My drink came out wrong my food was wrong and I had the feeling something was off so I had checked it before pulling off. When I went to express that the order was wrong she made the comment “I don’t have time for this” and shut the window. Now I didn’t want to just sit there so I left but this type of service is exactly why I stopped going to dunkin in the first place.

Unfortunately when I ordered online this morning I ordered an iced chai latte but got an iced coffee instead.. the colors are the same so I had no idea until I was already on my way to work and took a drink.. I was really sad about this.. I hate coffee.. waste of $5…
I never go to Dunkin’s for coffee, but where I normally go got rid of their double mocha I love. So I decided to go into this location to see what I could find. Amber helped me and when I was telling her what I was looking for, she made my drink and had me try it. When I knew I didn’t like it, she took it and remade the drink and added cream and sugar to it until I tasted it and liked it. I felt that was so sweet and you don’t get above and beyond service like that anymore. She deserves the recognition for her kindness and service she provided today.

Got a large vanilla coffee and all i can taste is burnt coffee...no vanilla and ice filled to the top. Definitely will not be returning.... worst dunkin coffee EVER!!!

does “toasted dark” mean you want your bagel burned in dunkin’ terms!?
I typically enjoy both dunkin’s in harrison, but i’ve ordered a bagel twice from this location “toasted dark w strawberry cream cheese on the side”, and the first time it wasn’t toasted at all, and had heaps of regular cream cheese thrown on it. this second time i went, my bagel was burnt. i did get the strawberry cream cheese though LOL.
on a more positive note, they make their drinks with love it seems like. i’ve never had to do the “does my dunkin taste like crack or creek water today” with this specific location.
