This is my family's favorite DD location. My wife and I first visited this in the middle of the night after a Reds game as we traveled back home to Indy. I needed caffeine to keep me going. It has been our tradition to stop here after Reds games ever since that experience.

I purchased a tumbler on sun 10/12/25. I paid 20 dollars for this tumbler and when I went to wash it it was broke. I took the tumbler back to dunkin and was told by text msg from employee from the Gm that I couldn't get a refund or exchange even though I had my receipt. I am out 20.00 and have a broke cup

Since when do you not get a refill for a non sweet tea while dining in? When I asked about it was very rudely informed that only coffee get free refills. I was here 3 days ago and got a free refill. Tea was 99% ice. Too expensive for a cup of ice. I will find my lunch twice a week elsewhere. This place went downhill compared to other Dunkin’s!

I came in today and had an order with 2 drinks and quite a few food items. The employees were so quick and kind, especially the girl that was working!! I didn’t get her name, but she had a lot of ear piercings and brown hair. Genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’. I typically go to a different location, but the service and quality of the food and drinks made me want to make this location my regular. P.S. the hashbrown chipotle wake-up wraps are amazing.
They have a problem with any of my orders containing more than just one item, on multiple occasions. Definitely didnt pass the vibe check , sticking to the coffee peddler in lower harrison.

What's the point of selling a gift card if you don't have the sleeve I think the sleeve of the gift card makes the gift card special. This is why I stopped coming gave y'all another chance and y'all still don't have them. Thanks to new haven store for having one
