Good luck getting the lid off after shaking the cocktail shaker. I spend 30 shaking and ten min getting the lid off to pour. Virtually unusable. This is a repeating complaint from all sorts of users. When I contacted Snowfox to complain about what Is obviously a design flaw they responded by saying my comments were hurtful because I suggested they take greater pride in their product and listen to customers who complained about this problem. Inconceivably unprofessional. I am a product developer myself and I cannot get my mind around the level of immaturity it would take to respond to a customer that their legitimate complaints were hurtful.
To their credit they offered a refund but I cannot be bothered to deal with With the amateur hour crap.
